Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with the company, I ordered a picture for my daughter’s birthday. After 11 days, the order number was not created. I didn’t get any proof of my purchase, except the bill on my credit card.

This business should be charged with FALSE advertising ! As seen in many previous reviews (which I did not check before ordering) they make you think your getting a "3D" sculpture or figurine, but in reality its a AI generated photo plastered on a piece of plexiglass. One particular video advertisement shows a fisherman in a boat on the water while holding a fully 3 dimension sculpture of a fish being firmly held in his hands. And later in the same add shows more fish 3D figures. All of those "3D" figures are AI generated. Purely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ! They do mention in small print about it being attached to plexiglass. If that is the case, then they show the picture stuck on the plexiglass as it actually is. Definitely got fooled by this ! Ordered on 2/25/26

I placed an order for a 5" 'plaque.' What I received looks NOTHING like what I ordered. The product I looks cheap and I NEVER would have paid what I paid for this!! This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my sister and now I have less than 2 weeks to find something else for her. I'm TOTALLY disappointed and will be requesting a refund!!

Please please stay away from this company they are a rip off and will not get back to you.takes over a month to get you order and it's no way what they were advertising.shows a nice necklace engraved with photo and what you get is cheap flat metal with a printed wording and diamonds on it for 38 bucks plus shipping.pure junk nowhere near what the quality that's shown..scam from hell...

Took way too long for delivery. Then what I ordered vs what I got is a joke and slap in the face!!!! I want my money back

How are they still in business. They have hundreds of commercials via social media and they dont send your order.. Its been weeks and I haven't received anything no response only email is my team is urgently working on your order.. How are they able to still do this shit when the BBB also says they are below standard.. Can we sue?

I placed 1 order, a remembrance pillow of my father, for my stepmother. Tracking information showed " parcel information received" and that was it... No further information. A second order, pillow for my wife shipped. Of course it looked nothing like the 3d AI generated picture they sent me. Well , every time I tried to contact sunflowerly by email, support would send the tracking information on the package I received even though I specifically gave them the order number and tracking number. I asked for a refund because the package was lost. No response. I tried calling support and left messages. No response. I ordered a replacement pillow, they accepted payment...no further updates from them. A month after the pillows were supposed to arrive I contacted my credit card company and filed disputes. Amazingly sunflowerly responded to me by email saying they will refund the 2nd order since it's a duplicate and will make sure the 1st order will get shipped again ONLY if I close my disputes out. I responded that I wanted a refund on both purchases and I wasn't going to close my disputes until after I received my refunds because if I closed them, I would NEVER see my money back . Sunflowerly customer service has stopped responding to me. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP ANYTHING OR IT WILL LOOK LIKE GARBAGE!

I ordered a supposed vase or thats what the advertisement showed. When i got the item after a month it was nothing like the item i ordered. It was an acrylic picture glued to an acrylic box vase. It was supposed to be a porcelin vase to look like a friends dog who passed away...not happy at all..terrible. do not buy from these people. False advertisement

False advertising at it's best. Order was nothing like they advertised. Have tried emailing them numerous times with no response or communication except they were dealing with high volume season. This company should be boycotted and hopefully karma bites them fair on the bum.

I ordered two pillows from this company. They were efficient and I was happy with the products

Item recieved looked nothing like, item promoted, it was just a picture of me pressed in some hard plastic and it was broken. I’m so upset. I contacted customer support and they still, have t got back to me. Totally unprofessional, I will never buy from this place again. I want my money back, I spent almost $60 and I get some hunk of plastic and not the 3D item they advertised. I was excited looking forward to my product. But was very disappointed and sad. Sunflowery, please answer my email and please refund me my money, I got better things to spend it on.

From the pictures they advertise this is not at all what we were expecting. I am very disappointed $63 for a picture in acrylic glass, something I could have done myself. Don't bother ordering from them. You are not getting a figurine or a doll. It's a picture in acrylic glass, thats it. Biggest waste of time and money for sure.

I ordered a heart necklace with my dogs picture in it, what they show on the website looks so nice but what they actually sent was a plastic printed image on a necklace cord not the metal heart that they show on website.

If I could give this so to be called Sunflowerly no starts I would. Worse experience I had had so far. I have not received my items I’ve had customized and nor am I having any luck reaching anyone on the support team. From what I just read is this is a Scam do not buy nothing or get fooled.

Item received looks totally different than the picture used to promote the product. Item shown is 3d vs item received is 1 d. Also, they advertise no returns, so make sure that you will be satisfied with something different than what is shown!

False advertising.. adds show a 3d figure being created from your photo. I got a flat plastic p.o.s cut out of my pics. Not a 3d statue it showed the guy holding in add and in the product preview.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The item I received looks nothing like the one shown in the listing. The quality is poor, and it is missing details that were clearly shown in the product photos. What arrived feels like a completely different product. The listing is misleading, and I would not recommend this item.

I received my necklace and it was the cheapest necklace. It was made cheap. If you plan on buying from them, they are based in China and I ordered on facebook. Cost me over 67.00 for this piece of junk. NEVER EVER WILL I BUY FROM THEM OR ANYTHING ON FACEBOOK AGAIN!!!!!

Six weeks and never received my order. Robotic email responses, and the contact number is not a working number. I should have searched for the reviews before ordering from Sunflowerly. I ordered a personalized figurine on 1-24-2026 for a birthday gift for Feb 28. It said my delivery date would be Feb 7th-the 17th. The tracking doesn't show anything. It isn't trackable. This is not a legit company and I advise everyone to do your research first before ordering from them. It's as simple as going to their or any site reviews and research them. Takes 5 minutes of your time which will save you months of headaches. Instead of a what not or small statue it's a piece of glass with a picture clued to the back of glass.
