The picture that was shown to me of my order looked nothing like what I received. The order I had looked my 3 dementional. What I got was a flat pillow that was not cut very good. Definitely will not be ordering again. Very disappointed.

I ordered a statue of my son and daughter and the proof that was sent looked attractive. The product that was delivered did not match what they professed that I would be getting. Have never been ripped of this bad before by ANY COMPANY except Sunflowery!!!!

Product received was not as described on the website and trying to contact anyone was extremely difficult. They don't wanna give a refund, but wanted to offer a store credit. STAY AWAY... STAY AWAY .... STAY AWAY

Ordered three of these spent hundreds of dollars and literally got a piece of acrylic with a crappy picture glued to the back very disappointed very misleading. What a scam.

I got duped just like the rest of these folks. Spent $60 bucks on a piece of junk that was nothing like they described.

Absolutely deception advertising. Product is total junk and not at all as advertised. Beware and avoid this business.

The item was not as described, my understanding was it was going to be a 3D figurine and instead it’s a 1/2 inch piece of acrylic with the photo I sent stuck on the acrylic. Very disappointed, I see other sites showing 3D and wish I’d went with one of them. Ordered 3 one for my brother another for my grandson and one for myself. If I knew how to get a refund I’d like one!

What a waste of money! What they advertise isn’t what you actually receive!! This is a flat piece of plastic with a sticker on the back. This is something I could have made myself!!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They are not real rocks. There is no lights on it. It’s a printed dull image on a flat piece of plastic about an half and inch think. and very poor quality! Atleast print it on a nice printer!! On photo quality paper if you wanna sell some crap like this.

Well received a photo of what my order would look like.. just what I wanted a 3d statue type of item just like all the ads saying show. Got a piece of plastic with the picture I sent them that doesn't even hardly stand up... sure am getting tired of all the scam BS ONLINE!!! Thanks for nothing!!

I ordered the 3d angel wing garden plaque looks like 2d crap and you are deceiving your customers. I received a flat piece of plexiglass about an 1/8 inch thick flat and not 3d. Very disappointed in your company and will be reporting to the BBB.

The items you actually get are nothing like what they sell, stay away! Pictures are totally bogus!!!

There stuff is junk. Looks absolutely nothing like pictures. They said they would refund me, but still have not. Do not buy.

I paid for a statue and got a piece of garbage Poxy statue with the picture stuck on the back with no poxy on it. Looks like thick piece of plexiglass. Took almost a month to receive from China. Order 12/31/25 and received 1/20/26. Not to bad. But the quality is horrible

It is a sticker (picture) on a piece of plastic. Not as advertised at all! Very tiny! DO NOT BUY!

They sell one beautiful thing but they delivered other kind of material.

Ordered 3D model of grand daughters on Dec 20, 25. Never received as of 01/15/26. Fake tracking number with no shipping information in Shop app. No customer service response. Don’t waste your money, this company is a scam. It deserves no stars.

Minus 5 stars. What you see on their pictures before you buy is not what you get. When you ask for a refund, they offer you five dollars and then after a lot of complaints go up to 50%. But the point is the product is JUNK. Along the line of Temu. Don’t buy here.

Total scam! item is not as described they even showed a video of how this “3D” statue will look and I received something totally far from that. I would not have paid $60 if i knew i would be receiving what i received not to mention there is no customer service and or refund request. I emailed them and got no response but best believe they keep sending deals on these garbage items

I'm surprised how excellent that the clock turned out it was better than I expected thank you so much service was great highly recommend
Shipping was a bit slow all though the rest was great I love the clock 5 star
