I think the sauna is great. I only wish the 1-person unit had more space between the wall and keypad and I would've like a floor panel for feet and side panel for legs.

We really love our sauna and are happy we took the jump and bought it. I will break down the pros and cons.... Pros- Easy to use, the screen options are awesome making being in the sauna un-boring, works well and you will sweat, non-toxic materials, size is small enough to fit in most rooms, electrical hookup is pretty standard, convenient & easy to use. The customer service is top notch. Cons- The floorboards seem very flimsy and thin (I would be careful on weight), shipping was very long and a bit of a hassle, redlights aren't as wide and big as I would have thought they would be, We had to call for help with the mechanics/electrical set up, and disappointed that for the price no backrest is included. Overall... we are extremely happy we purchased it and we use it many times per week.

My husband and I have been using our sauna for over four weeks, and I've been amazed at the immediate benefits we have experienced. We have had a tangible reduction in pain, improved sleep, and an overall sense of well-being. My only regret is that we didn't buy the two person sauna!

Really love this product and it fits perfectly in our space. Very easy to use and we really like all the creature comforts of using the ipad and red light panels. The quality of materials is far above any that you'd find at box stores or other online companies. We were very particular about not wanting any assembly products that off-gassed with the little amount of EMF on the market and Sunlighten checked those boxes!

I think everything about this product is great. The sales staff the warranty people were wonderful. The only thing is the wiring underneath the floor was not clear. I had to call. I am a pool contractor and there engineers need to make it simpler for normal people. I called and the staff helped me figure it out. Which was very simple and easy. With out the phone call I could not have wired it correctly. I would recommend the product. They stand behind it if there is any problems. I also have had the heat up to over 155 which is a huge bonus if you like it hot. I would buy from this company again.

Absolutely love this sauna. Not only does it provide infrared, it has cryotherapy, listen to music, and pass the time by watching your favorite streaming.
