I love my new Sunlighten mPulse Believe sauna! When I assembled it one of the light/heat panels was not working. I called Sunlighten and the customer service tech agent did a great job helping me resolve the issue. He listened to to the problem, figured out how to fix it and walked me through all the steps to complete it. It works great. Thanks!

Easy to navigate website and fast checkout. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we had to wait nearly 6 months for a stand that was on backorder. I love my Sunlighten red light panel it is wonderful!

We ultimately kept our Sunlighten Amplify sauna after it arrived with freight damage and reached a partial resolution with the company. The sauna itself is beautiful and functions well, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1.
That said, the customer service experience was far more difficult than expected for a premium product at this price point. The unit arrived with a damaged crate and visible cosmetic damage to the wood. Communication regarding the freight claim was inconsistent, follow-up was slow, and at times I had to repeatedly reach out for updates after being told tickets would be submitted. They only chose to respond after I contacted my credit card company.
Sunlighten eventually offered partial compensation instead of panel replacement, which we accepted to avoid having to disassemble the unit ourselves. However, even after the resolution, communication dropped off entirely. Small details that were promised as part of the resolution were incomplete, which unfortunately reinforced the feeling that customer support became less responsive once the sale was finalized.
I still believe the product itself is high quality, but based on my experience, prospective buyers should be aware that if there is a delivery or freight issue, the resolution process may require persistence and patience.

My salesperson was Mike Burch. Mike promptly asked me questions to help him understand what my needs and interests were. He was exceptionally informative and obviously knowledgeable. I also like that he was so personable and had a sense of humor.
The product practically sales itself, however, Mike was the final influence for me to respond "sold".
The purchasing process was smooth, practically seamless. I will share this experience with my friends.

Sunlighten tablet broke with in first year. They send a replacement. Year 3 tablet has broken again and the company will not replace it. $800 for a tablet. 7k for a sauna and we can no longer use it. VERY POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
