GREAT Sauna and Customer Service!
I purchased the Signature 1 person sauna. Arrived sooner than expected (yay!) and set up was straight forward and took less than 1 hour w/ 2 people.
After a couple weeks ... realized one of the heating panels wasn't functioning correctly so reached out to the customer service team. The folks I dealt with should teach a class on how to provide stellar service...they were amazing and a replacement panel is on its way.
As others have noted & the user manual makes very clear ... it will take a bit of time for the sauna to get up to temp. However, planning ahead has already become routine and the sauna is ready to go when I'm ready to go!
Overall, a GREAT investment and stellar service to go with it!

Regarding temperature, infrared saunas work differently than traditional heat-based saunas. The benefits come from infrared light rather than high ambient heat, and they are designed to be effective within a lower, optimal temperature range while still supporting the intended wellness experience. Once your sauna is on, you are receiving the intended benefits even at these lower temperatures.

Love our sauna. Ordering and shipping was easy, as was assembly. Needed some trouble-shooting post-assembly and they were professional and patient in helping me find where I had made a mistake. Highly recommend
