Very happy so far with our sauna
Very happy so far with our sauna. One minor issue with delivery was addressed and solved quickly. Since we are Apple people it’s taken a minute to adjust to Android software, but again we’ve had good tech support. Oh, and the sauna is working as promised!

He gave me a call today, chatted through all of my questions, sent me the details to discuss with my fiancee and helped me complete the purchase this evening. I recently contacted Customer Service
I recently contacted Customer Service. I have had the device for a week and do not care for it. I don't like that the Auto setting will ONLY go on the lowest setting. If you want to do the highest level for 3 minutes each you have to take the mask off each time to reset the various LED’s. I AM STILL WAITING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RETURN MY EMAIL AS TO HOW BEST TO RETURN MASK.
