As a company with 25 years of proven reliability, full traceability systems, and an established reputation for integrity, we consider it essential to inform our customers and partners of a serious and unresolved supply issue involving Sunmark (UK / Netherlands / Dubai).
We received goods from Sunmark that did not correspond to the products we ordered, based on our documented purchase order, product specifications, and internal traceability records. We have provided Sunmark with clear evidence demonstrating that the goods supplied were not as contracted.
Despite repeated attempts to address this matter directly and professionally, Sunmark has not accepted responsibility or provided a satisfactory resolution. The issue therefore remains open and unresolved.
We believe it is our duty to notify the public and our industry colleagues of this situation so they can be fully informed when making procurement decisions to ensure that they avoid making the same mistake as ourselves.
