Brilliant smell and long lasting ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐would highly recommend

Hi, I brought 2 of your oils on the 24th of May 2026 Golden Dust Fragrance Oil 15ml and Night Ilusion Fragrance 0il 15ml.

I buy oils normally for just myself but never from your company but the smell was nice and it lasted while we shopped, so went back and brought the 2 above oils as we are due to go on holiday and this was a good way to save some space but also smell nice.

Now I have tried the oil for 3 days to see how it last and make sure the smell was good.
We you cannot really smell it much its not like you have any on and it has made my skin go yellow and even in my beard.
This is not good enough and I am more than disappointed!! I would like my money back and I will return your oils that dont work!

I am very disappointed I would have expected better from a company of your stature! I feel like the oil i tried while shopping was tge real oil and the oil i was sold was watered down with something and also why does it stain the skin? What have you put in these oils??

As I cannot return 1 of the items as I used it (so you say) and I cannot return it within 14 days due to holiday, I am going to just go through the Ombudsman for selling an item not as described and also your return policy is not in lime with UK laws as you have to refund payment if a product was not as described!!

I would now never use you again and I hope nobody else does !

I jave done an edit here as you ha e put that i have not contacted your support team ! That's not true! I have via email and also had a reply to take it back to the shop but also if 1 has been used it cannot be refunded, you forget we have a law in this country that states if a product is NOT as advertised you can get a full refund ! There is no way to know if your product was not as advertised without trying it 1st !.

I will take it back to the shop after my holiday and see what happens from there

Just another day, with a small twist. I hate shopping at our local shopping Mall unless it is combined with a visit to #Sunnamusk based at Merry Hill @Dudley. It is always a pleasure to visit with the colleagues there, as they attentive to your needs. Always polite, always patient, and always without fail spot on with their recommendations. I have been visiting the hub in Merry Hill for a few years now and I have oils that I will never get tired of wearing as the suit me and my funky skin tones perfectly. One assistant knows all of what I have at home [how in heaven does she do that?] But she also knows that I cannot tolerate anything with saffron in the recipe. Next purchase, I think will have to be the Goddess Eau De Parfam. Its is divine. Anyway 9 oils down and some duplicated for gifts and it is always a pleasure to buy more for gifts.

Perfume is gorgeous, lasts and you need just a small amount.

Products are amazing, long lasting scent and affordable. Would not go back to using regular products, these fragrances feel bespoke and luxurious in comparison.

New product, never heard of the beabd before but glad I found them as they offered something different to the usual offerings from Boss, Dior, Vetcade etc. Lovely helpful salesman identified fragrance I was trying to find from a tester I had the previous week. Showed me all options from the product range and prices. Purchased two fragrances, signed up to promotional Sunnamusk site and rewarded with discount off next purchase. Lovely fresh and smooth fragrances very well received by family at Christmas.

We shopped at merry hill and a young guy by the name of Byron served me and my wife, he was very helpful and friendly.freely offering different fragrances.
We normally shop in touchwood in Solihull and often walk passed without been offered any samples however notice ppl of other ethnic groups being offered samples so normally walk passed. On this occasion Byron made a point of offering us samples. In turn making a sale.
