Please bring back Shaf X, it deserves to Stay
This is rather a plea.
I am genuinely heartbroken to hear that Shaf X has been discontinued and not be found in any store. It is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful, comforting, unforgettable and unique fragrances I have ever experienced.
I kindly and sincerely ask that you reconsider this decision. There are many of us who deeply love and cherish this fragrance, and it would mean so much to see it return or remain part of your collection. Please don’t let such a special creation disappear.
Thank you for creating something so memorable, and I truly hope Shaf X finds its way back. I tried 2 other alternatives as recommended-(Golden Dust & Night Illusion), unfortunately I couldn’t continue using as I want to remain consistent with Shaf x.

Bought a 100ml scent
Bought a 100ml scent, then had a reaction. The kiosk pointed me towards online customer support and online customer support pointed me back to the kiosk. Ended up going back to the kiosk, and they could find no resolution for me nor a refund. Now I have a scent I am unable use.

Incredible customer service + equally incredible products
The staff member at the Wood Green shopping mall was genuinely incredible and so kind. His service was amazing and I had such a wonderful time buying my perfumes from him — I’d honestly go back to the stall just because of him.
As for the products? Literally phenomenal. Everyone compliments me whenever I wear any of the perfumes or oils from here, asking me where I got them from. Even my little sister, who isn’t too into perfumes loved the night illusion oil and I got her one.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
The young lady at the Solihull outlet is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very professional. She was eager to demonstrate many of the fragrances. She's a great saleswoman, as I wasn't intending to buy any perfume but left with a new refreshing, beautuful fragrance.
