I've had a MISERABLE experience
I've had a MISERABLE experience! I was lied to about the number of times people would need to come to my house. My daughter lost INCOME because of this. My project has NOT been completed, and I've been ghosted by my project manager and my sales rep! I've attempted several times to get a manager and have been put of EVERY time! I asked for a support person to come to my house because there is a PHYSICAL piece missing, and they just want to troubleshoot over the phone!
At this point I would definitely NOT recommend this company!

This is the second time an inverter has gone bad. My system has been down since the end of September and I am losing money. There are no parts available, that is unsatisfactory.

Very Reliable - Good Customer Service

Nothing short of a nightmare since day 1 with Infinity...loan and system both serviced by Sunnova now not much better. Would never recommend. Only thing decent is having power during an outage.

Trinity Solar, a great co to do business with!
All the people who I have been in contact with have been cheerful, helpful and the best part, they followed through and let me know what was happening. Be caution about Sunnova and Trinity
They installed my solar system, and during installation, there were a few incidents that they assured me would be repaired, as part of our contract. I was in touch with a customer service agent named Jennifer, and after multiple calls, she asked me to obtain a repair quote and send it through sales agent Ndema. I sent the quote as requested, but Jennifer then stopped responding. Despite my repeated calls and a voicemail, I received no response. I reported the issue to Sunnova, the company I originally signed the contract with, but they claimed that Trinity Solar had addressed the damage, which is untrue—they did nothing. A word of caution: be careful when dealing with Sunnova and Trinity Solar.
