Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. You call and always speak to someone who does not want to be there and just transfer you in circles. We bought a new build home that came with solar. We moved in 5 months ago and they still have yet to figure out how to turn on our solar. You call to ask and nobody there knows. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Was upset cause many electricity imterruptions but nothing showed up on my Tesla app informing me of it and either when it was restored back.

Great Sunnova experience
Salesperson was easy to deal with and everything he explained was does as he stated. The work crew during installation were very professional, completed work as promised and on schedule. Very happy with the process throughout each step.

When I first heard of this solar installation deal from Sunnova I was skeptical, it sounded too good to be true. However, all my skepticism was resolved when I talked with my neighbor. He had only good things to say.
