I found SBK on Facebook and also joined their What's app group. The what's app groups have been interesting, very informative and helping if needed. The auctions is easy to follow and that is where I bought my fish from. Paid over the phone the next day no problem. The staff have been very friendly and helped me out if needed on any questions I've asked as I'm a new koi owner. Great delivery from them too the fish arrived safe and sound and looked even better in person than from the pics/video. I wil be definitely be getting more fish from them in the future. Great service, very helpfull

Very helpful and informative staff. Went in on the off chance they could give me advice over my wildlife pond. Great chat and staff were very pleasant. They answered my concerns and advised me I hadn't done anything wrong with itmy pond which has brown algae. Feel very relieved and reassured.

Found this lovely place online at first and then decided to make a trip to visit (as only an hour drive away from us.) What a gorgeous place! And such lovely people too. Easy purchase, flawless transaction

I saw a review about Sunny Bank Koi on you tube by a very well known and respected dealer. My regular supplier was closing down so on a Saturday I placed an order for a 15 kg sack of koi food. The next day there was Sunny Bank Koi at my door with my order saying "I live close by so I thought I would bring this round for you, save waiting for a courier. I hope that's okay". Okay? I was flabbergasted. First class service from a really nice chap. Check out the amazing display in their shop. Some cracking koi too!!!
