This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They told me my visa was being declined and wanted another credit card. I gave them one and called my bank after to find out why my card was declined. There was no record of any declined action. I had to cancel my card and the order. This was for a funeral of all things! Do not order from this online scam

I ordered a bouguet with hydrangeas and…

I ordered a bouguet with hydrangeas and roses (the photo showed at least 12 roses and several hydrangeas). I paid an extra $5.99 for 4 hour delivery which did not happen, and over $20.00 in handling fees in addition to the over $80 bouquet. The recipient received 8 roses.

Horrible scam!

Horrible scam! They offer same day delivery service, didn't deliver, no notifications. Called to complain, promised it'll be delivered next day by 3 pm. Didn't happen. Called again to just cancel and get refund and told I couldn't cancel because the order was 'in transit'. However, the agent couldn't tell me when the flowers would be delivered! So they hold your money and don't even deliver the product!

Never delivered!

I ordered flowers for a funeral and paid extra to have the delivery expedited. I paid extra to have it delivered within 4hrs of ordering. I tried to track it and couldn't find out anything until late in the evening only to find out they couldn't be delivered because of COVID! Ridiculous!
I missed having the flowers there for calling hours and now I'm scrambling to have something delivered for the funeral tomorrow.
More than disappointed!
I will never order from them again and would never recommend them!

This is a scam! They took my credit card and didn’t deliver flowers then contacted me saying that supplies were low and to pay $25 more!

Here is msg from them!

Good day! This is regarding your Order No. 3926061 for additional payment.

We are writing to inform you that we are experiencing some difficulty with our supplies as we did not receive the necessary deliveries. To avoid further delays, we have decided to have the items made by our partner florist. However, this has resulted in an additional cost of $50.00, but as compensation, we have rendered our profit for this order. We only need an additional $25.00 to proceed and substitute for a beautiful designer's choice floral arrangement in a vase at NO additional cost.

To ensure timely processing and secure your items, we kindly ask you to approve the additional amount by completing your payment through the link provided in the initial email we sent to your email.

Scam by double charges.

They scam you. Keep shopping... this is an online business only. I ordered for a wedding party. I recieved 2 bouquets, no bridal bouquet, no flowers for the girls our boutonniere for the groom. 3 hrs on hold because I keep getting disconnected. Then they separated the order to double charge my the delivery, s&h and so on. I ended up spending $200 and did get what was order.

Paid extra to have it delivered same…

Paid extra to have it delivered same day. When it did not deliver I called and an automated system told me the order was scheduled to deliver the next day. A day after the patient was being released so I cancelled the order. I then got an e-mail a couple of days later saying that there were fees incurred for the driver, flowers and gas since they attempted to deliver. There was no attempt since this order was cancelled. They refuse a full refund and only offering a partial. Not only did the patient not get flowers it still cost me money. This is a scam.

The flowers were nice and were delivered on time. Everything else about the experience was unsatisfactory.

I wanted flowers to be delivered by a local flower shop. Sunny advertised that it was one. But when I called the "shop," they were unwilling to provide a street address, and would not even name the governor or the state capital (which was 10-15 miles away from the recipient).
Advertising included a discount code, but when I placed my order, the site said the code had expired. After I placed the order, I got an email with a discount code, but it apparently wasn't applied.
Upon delivery of the flowers, I received no confirmation from the company. Lucky for me, I learned about delivery from the gracious and grateful recipient. She sent me a photo of the flowers (they looked pretty nice) with a little bear. I had ordered (and paid for) the medium-size bear. If that's the medium size, you must need a microscope to see the small size bear.

Guaranteed Same Day is a LIE

Only did 1 star because 0 stars was not available. Ordered same day flowers 2 days ago guaranteed same day delivery - even paid a little extra AND a tip to ensure it would be same day. Not delivered that day OR the next day. We are on the 3rd day and nothing. Tried the online tracking - no luck. Took forever to talk to someone - they said I can't cancel because it's out for delivery. They will offer me $10 credit - I paid over $100 for the order. Do not use this company. Find a local.

This is a big scam - BEWARE

This is a big scam. Online shows delivered . But , the recipient confirmed they did not receive it . When I called them, CJ the customer service agent ( Charmaine , Blossom) says anyone could say they did not receive it and she will get back with proof of delivery .
I ordered from Canada and I was charged USD. It was misleading and I was charged conversion for an order the recipient never received .
I will update if they do come back with a solution.
