This is not a local company

This is not a local company! All prices are in US $ and on less you read the fine print on their website they do not tell you when ordering.
They were unable to fill my original order and had to substitute with something else that was nothing like they said it would look like!
Website is very confusing as they have 2 different names but are the same company.

No paid for ribbon and picture doesn’t match size

Picture of flowers ordered are not as big. I ordered deluxe and the flowers were nowhere near deluxe size. I also ordered a ribbon to say In Loving Memory and it was not included. Probably because it was too big for the “deluxe” flowers. lol I need to reduce my rating!

Recipients were happy

Although the pictures were a little bit deceiving (smaller, not as full or colorful) from the actual arrangements on the website, the recipients were surprised and happy with the flowers. My granddaughter's arrangement also included 13 balloons for her 13th birthday and that was fulfilled. The arrangements arrived on the days requested. I would order from this company again.

SCAM! Please do not order from this company.

SCAM! If you value your hard earned money, you would never in your life order from this company. My son's 11th birthday was on May 26th. I am unfortunately out of the country and could not be there so I ordered him WHAT I THOUGHT to be a big teddy bear, large balloons and chocolates. Do you know these people charged me every single kind of express delivery fees, tips and ALL for apparent "same-day delivery" but DID NOT deliver the flowers on my son's birthday. I had to contact customer service to attempt a re-delivery. Next day, my son goes outside to find this tiny little bear and 4 half deflated balloons ON THE GROUND just disregarded like trash. And there were no chocolates or greeting card or anything else to go with it. They charged my credit card $152 USD and only tried to refund me $28 USD - talking about the driver "forgot" the chocolates in the van.

Here is the breakdown of what they charged me...hold on to your seats folks.... $6 for a card that was not delivered, $5.99 for express same-day delivery, $11.99 for another delivery charge, $10.50 for handling fee, $64.99 for the package, $6.99 for balloons, $29.99 for “large” teddy bear, $19.99 for chocolates.....and imagine, all my poor son got delivered (in poor condition) was a tiny bear hardly larger than my palm and 4 measly, ugly deflated balloons.

Anyway I am currently in the process of contacting my bank to reverse the charges for fraud. The owner or whoever she is was rude to me and argued me down trying to justify all those charges. Wrong person, lady. I will be making formal complaints to the BBB to look into this business as fraud as well as posting on social media for all of Florida to see where not to order from. You simply do not conduct day-to-day business this way if you are legitimate. I'd give a negative 5 ⭐️ if I could. Absolute garbage of a company.

It’s all US Funds

Flowers were beautiful, they did refund deliver before 1 pm as they did not make that time. Very unhappy with site as the only place it says US funds is first page. Once you select an arrangement it is never shown on anything after that screen not even on final screen when making payment. Will not use them ever again

Sent wrong arrangement and would not correct despite 100 % guaranteed satisfaction. On their site they give themselves a high positive review rate.

The wrong flower arrangement was delivered. I called the company and asked for them to deliver the correct ones which the lady said they couldn't do. Despite the " 100 % guarantee of satisfaction. I was told that I might get part of my money back after I send a picture and they review the order. I thought the arrangement was ugly with lots of filler such as eucalyptus . The recipient said the flowers were fine. I was not notified that they were switching arrangements. Photo on their webpage gives the impression that this company is a local , personal florist. I was told that I couldn't speak with a manager. I think I was speaking to someone in another country with a script. I would NEVER use Sunny Flowers again.

sunnyflowerdelivery did not provide next day delivery

I ordered flowers from sunnyflowerdelivery in Prescott, AZ on a Friday night from among options showing next day delivery, for delivery Saturday, and received an order number and confirmation of my requested deliver date. I got a text from Blossom flower delivery which I disregarded as I did not recognize that vendor. Saturday evening the delivery status was expected delivery Monday. I was disappointed as immediate delivery was important to me. I called and asked for a $40 refund on the $100 order, since I could have gotten flowers after the weekend from Costco for $60, but was only offered $10. Rep was able to cancel the order and am awaiting a full refund. Not able to meet promised delivery date, confusing third party delivery service.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero, I would. My two-year old daughter used to put together arrangements of field weeds that looked coniderably better than what this place provided. $76US for six roses! Ridiulous. They are scammers and they know it. I will be launching a complaint with my credit card company. If enough people do that, they will lose their ability to charge people by credit and go out of business, which is where they belong. I would love to be able to post a pic of the arrangement provided alongside the advertised bouquet.

Terrible company.Took my money but…

Lesson Learned!

Ordering was fast and easy to these crooks, but the flowers were never delivered, I never received a confirmation of the order of ANY kind, and calling their number --several times-- only led to an automated responder that hung up after I spoke my order number.

Because there was no confirmation, I quickly ordered from a local company. So I had to spend twice that day on an expensive, unexpected and sad event. But at least I realized quickly enough, so my friend did receive her arrangement (from the legitimate, local florist, NOT from Sunny).

PayPal quickly refunded me.

Also, it appears Sunny is somehow affiliated with Blossom, another foreign company I had dealt with at my former workplace. They had a much more sophisticated website, and seem to have actually delivered something for my boss, albeit a couple of days late. I suspect they scrambled because they were dealing with a prominent law firm. I don't know if that sympathy bouquet looked any good, as my boss was the one who did the followup, and I am no longer at that office.

But back to Sunny: Thanks to PayPal's prompt refund, this did not become an expensive lesson in dealing with a company that has an online-only presence. It just goes to show that a company can be at the top of your Google search results, and still be no good!

So in the future, I will be sure to look up reviews on companies BEFORE giving anyone my order and my money.

Easy ordering

The ordering was easy, the selection had a great variety, and they delivered on time as promised. We are out of state and needed flowers sent for a dear friends funeral and they made it possible for us to send our condolence’s. We definitely recommend using them.

If getting what you ordered matters, just don’t !

Ordered a casket spray on Wednesday evening for a Friday noon viewing we were not able to attend. Today is Saturday and the spray still has not been delivered. We thought since we couldn’t attend the services of an important family member, the least we could do is show our love from afar with a beautiful flower arrangement. Because we relied on sunnyflowerdelivery.com, we now look like heartless jerks. Delivering the casket spray days after the casket is in the ground as was offered would only make matters worse. Refunding every nickel I paid won’t undo the damage this has caused. I WILL NEVER EVER order from Sunny Flower Delivery again. They shouldn’t even be in business.
