In view of my two negative reviews about this company, I felt it was only fair to report that despite not receiving any communication or responses to the emails I sent to them, on checking my bank statement today I see they have refunded my money! I am very happy about that as being a pensioner every penny counts. Also, my experience has taught me not to purchase anything online again, unless the product and the company is strongly recommended.

I have sent 5 emails and have had no response at all. I ordered 2 folding stool and before I realised they had charged me for four! I emailed immediately in the hope of correcting the mistake before dispatch but no response at all. The items have obviously not been dispatched. The dispatch info is rubbish as apparently I’ll get my delivery within 12 days but I also wish I’d spotted the reviews first. I would like my money back asap.

I order the high powered fan that failed immediately
I order the high powered fan and it arrived quite promptly the problem started when I opened the box, on trying the device it was nowhere near as powerful as described but thought never mind I can find a use for it.
Sadly after turning it on for less than a minute a few times smoke was coming out of the fan and now it is just an expensive rubbish torch.
I have sent half a dozen emails requesting a refund and had no response.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is horrific to use I have had a very poor experience with this company. The camera I ordered arrived broken, which was frustrating enough, but the customer service since then has been even worse.
I returned the product on 11/04 and have sent three separate emails to notify them and request an update. So far, I have received no response, no acknowledgment of my emails, and no confirmation that my return has been processed.
To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund to be returned to my bank account. The lack of communication and delay in issuing a refund is completely unacceptable.
Overall, this has been a disappointing and stressful experience. I would not recommend this company based on their poor customer service and handling of returns.
