What a fantastic company to deal with. Quick to respond to any queries and any issues(ours were minor). The villa was lovely, everything you would need and more, so much so we are returning if we can later this year hopefully. The magnificent Casa Canela
3rd time I’ve visited Casa Canela in 5 years and it just gets better each year. Every member of the team is superb, from answering emails to the arrival greeting.
The villa has everything you could possibly need for a large family holiday, the rooms are comfortable & spacious and the outside area is excellent with a great pool.
The main area of playa Blanca is a 25 minute walk or about €4 in a taxi. A car isn’t necessarily needed but I would recommend having one.

This is our second year booking a villa through Sunpool. Just back after a fantastic 2 weeks in Lanzarote. The villa was everything we expected and well maintained. Owners met us at the villa on arrival and where very pleasant and helpful. Villa and pool where cleaned weekly as described, to a high standard. Very spacious villa with lots of little extras to make our stay more comfortable. Perfect location for shops, restaurants and bus routes. Sunpool Villas have been great again too, booking the villa was nice and easy. Really good clear communication all the way through. Nice simple payment options.
We also had other family out with us in another villa through Sunpool, on our recommendations. They equally loved their villa and service too. Based on another great holiday through Sunpool Villa we are both already looking at our next holiday in 2025 with this company. Highly recommend Sunpool Villas for great value villa holidays that you can trust..... thank u

Excellent villa as described but the access instructions were not forthcoming until sunpool contacted and then in Spanish, needed Google translate to sort. Apart from that all good.

Villa Lucia
I had never heard of Sunpool Villas until they came up on a search. The website was very comprehensive and easy to navigate. The booking process was smooth and easy; only a deposit to pay and the balance on arrival at the Villa. The Villa was fantastic! It was equipped with everything you could wish for, from soap in the dispensers and dishwasher tablets, coal for the BBQ, beach towels to sun beds, parasol, smart TV. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The Villa was located at the quiet end of Playa Blanca but only 2 minutes from the number 30 bus which ran along the whole resort every 30 minutes. We found plenty of delicious restaurants and enjoyed strolling along the promenade. All in all, we had a really great holiday at Villa Lucia. Highly recommend.

I used Sunpool Villas after a VRBO villa owner cancelled my booking with 2 weeks to go. Sunpool responded straight away to my queries and had a range of fairly priced Villas. Our villa was great and a small issue was dealt with promptly. Would definitely use them again if we came back to Lanzarote which we may do as Playa Blanca, especially the marina and Papagayo beaches were lovely

Great communications with sunpool
Great communications with sunpool. Good prices for villa rental. Properties are always well equipped and clean.
*** Update *** after writing this review for my stay in 2024 and attempting to re-book Villa Castillo for 2025 with yourselves, i am shocked to find out that the cost of renting Villa Castillo has gone up by 1200 euros per week. These are not sustainable prices, nor reflective of the percentage increase for villas elsewhere on the island so i have unfortunately had to book a villa elsewhere through booking.com. What a shame the owner of Villa Castillo has become so unreasonable in their prices. Whilst the villa is very large and spacious, and there have been an addition of some new furniture to the upstairs sitting room, the bedrooms remain very basic, with almost no furniture other than a bed in most rooms. I just don't see the extra 1200 per week in extra facilities / upgraded rooms / services etc. Very disappointed

I think your website should have a section ‘ Manage My Booking’ so that we can go to one place to get all the information about the accommodation booked. Otherwise you have to enter the search criteria to find the villa.

FANTASTIC VILLA WoW WoW WoW...
Very apprehensive booking this villa wasn't to sure if it was a scam or not but booked it anyway, Can I just say I rarely leave reviews but I really need to let you know that casa canela villa was one of the best holiday experiences we've had and at a reasonable cost.
There were 5 couples in our party for my sons 21st Birthday and the villa accommodated us all with ease myself and wife slept out on the daybed every night which is very comfortable so not using the bunkbeds , the facilities are fantastic, pool great with a fantastic jacuzzi,tabletennis and pool table brilliant, there is so much I like to say about this villa which is all positive not one negative moan. If you book don't forget to turn on the pool lights they give a real party disco feel to the whole place.. Thank you Sunpool who were so kind to let us stay longer in day due to our transfer was at 2pm and also for the lovely welcome pack on our arrival ie cake , biscuits, wine, beers, and crisps ... thank you X definitely we will be booking again 😊
