The entire Team was great, especially Jimmy Bell and Becky with scheduling/dispatching & of course the the Installation Team throughout the entire process and extremely patient with us due to a long approving process with our HOA.. They are very courteous, friendly, respectful & professional and treated my wife with total respect while I was @ work at the time of the installation process.

From the first meeting with the sales consultant at our house, thru the entire process, everything was excellent! We had one small issue with a dent in the hood for the screen at the top when it was installed, and before I even noticed it they had already ordered a replacement and let me know that they'd schedule a time to come and replace it - which they did even before the estimated time they said it would probably take. Great product and equally important, a great company that really knows how to do things right!

I went with an attractable screen for my patio. Due to my pool deck landing, they were supposed to make a custom fitted screen so it fit perfectly. The first screen they installed was not correct. They had someone come out and remeasure. The second screen they installed is still not correct. The screen slags a lot on the right and looks cheap and unsightly. They have come out to my house three times and it continues to do this. I had asked for a refund and for them to pick it up because obviously this product is not working for me. I was then told that due to the fact my screen was custom. I am not able to get a refund. This seems like a bait and switch company and I’m not sure how they have so many great reviews. If a product doesn’t work for you, especially after the company has come out multiple times to fix it then there should be no issue with returning it to keep customer satisfaction. Especially because the screens are not cheap almost $5000. I had a really good experience with everybody in the company up until I asked to return the product. At this point, I will just have to dispute my credit card and go from there. Beware of this company. If something doesn’t fit right and they can’t get it to work you’re SOL.
