Great overall experience
We were looking for an awning for our lanai space and were contacted back quickly by SPF.
We were impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the sales consultant, we were able to choose from a variety of high quality samples the consultant had brought with him.
Our awning was successfully installed within 6 weeks and looked exactly as we had ordered. The installation team did a fantastic job and gave us detailed instructions.
We are very happy with SPF and would recommend.

The screens and construction are great however
The screens and construction are great, really loving them however the installation crew needs to bring a shop vac and vacuum the patio and driveway. They left A LOT of aluminum shavings everywhere. Also, I know I have a bright personality but it doesn't work on seeing the remotes in the shade or dark. The remotes work very well but no backlit display makes looking at them agonizing trying to figure out which number screen to go up or down.

SPF did a great job of informing me of the product, my options and showing an example of the housing and mechanism of the roll down screen we purchased. The electrician did a quick and efficient job of installing the outlets and the installation crew was EXCELLENT. We are really pleased with the 3 large screens in our lanai. They look great and function perfectly.

The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy their product. Very helpful to navigate prior approval from our HOA.
The experienced workers who installed our shade were professional and cleaned up after installation.

Absolutely the worst experience
Absolutely the worst experience. There were issues with installation, which happens and they did eventually fix it with major rework. But the biggest issue arose when they failed to pay Suncoast Rentals for a lift they contracted to do the job and resulted in a LIEN on our home. Apparently this is legal in Florida regardless of our prompt payments to SPF in advance of work done. Such a nightmare to deal with and unnecessary headaches encountered during our experience with SPF. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Terrific customer service
I'm so happy with the screens that SPF just installed on my patio. They look and fit great! All the installers are very professional and did the work with ease. The company went above and beyond to make sure I got the product I really wanted and they made sure the fit would be perfect in the space. They operate perfectly with the easy to use remote. Very happy!
