I ordered from the online store, unfortunately it arrived damaged. It took 8 weeks to arrive, possibly damaged in transport, I wrote many email to customer service, attached pictures & a video no reply.... :( I also explained I own a self winder watch machine. I explained I only wanted the watch replaced. Not a refund.
They totally ignored ALL email.

No support no service, no reaction. Unfortunately, I did not receive the shown Don Papa but has been confirmed. Material arrived in bad condition (tubes were damaged). No support and reaction for a label to send back material to Italy.
