Will have good cervical support
I am unable to give the pillow 5 stars since I have not actually used it yet on my travels. I bought it because it does have the cervical support both my neck and shoulders need. I do like the material on the pillow and the fact that it comes with a carrying bag. An update will come.

Wonderful for my neck!

great, responsive company
I bought a heating pad for my mom for Christmas and she LOVES it. Holds heat very well and she loves mild aroma. The inner pad broke due to possible overheating but they replaced it with a new improved pad very quickly and were terrific to work with.

Wouldn't recommend!
Doesn't get warm enough. The material sweats and doesn't hold heat long enough. I have a cheaper one that I like much better. For price/poor value.

Thanks for your feedback. The wetness will go away after you microwave it and let it cool a few times. We use only the fresh crop, so it has a lot of moisture inside.
The heat will retain longer after you pass the initial wet phase.

Best Travel pillow
Love the pillow, especially since it holds your neck in place if you fall asleep traveling - no kink in your neck when you wake. Bought an extra for 90 year old parent and it has improved her comfort immensely when relaxing and watching TV. Buy this pillow now, you will not regret it.

Love the heating pads.
Have been using these products for years.
And love them. They warm up to the perfect temperature and stay warm for hours. Only problem was I ordered a large heating pad in the London plaid and received a red plaid. Other than that I use them everyday! Thank you!

Great heating pad
Hard to find such a large and we'll packed pad, maintains the heat for a long time and covers a large area, awesome. I can cover my neck, shoulders and upper back at the same time, no other pad does this as well.

Thanks for your feedback. The moisture will go away after you microwave it a few times and let it air out. Some people don't like how this neck wrap sits on the shoulder. We introduced a different style. The weight spread over the shoulder so it doesn't put extra weight on the neck.

The fabric is soft with soothing feeling. But they're too heavy and the curvy surface of tight wrap decrease the contact surface. Also for me I really don't see the benefit of extra long in length.

best neck pillow
I have spend ton of money to get all kinds pillow but they couldn't help me until I discovered this pillow. Its help me pain free every morning now. Love the face that they help to hold my neck in right position. I couldn't be happier. I gave my wife to try and she already loved it. My second pillow are on the way. Love it

Great Product/Poor Shipping Logistics
Product works well, retains heat as advertised. Shipping was supposed to take 3 days but ended up being 8 (hurts more because I had to pay for it). Company needs to improve relations with shippers to guarantee delivery, regardless of the time of year or weather.

During the holiday season, all the mail carries have increases volume, sometimes over their capacity. It also depends on how each local post office operates. For example, if one or two mailman got sick for a day or two, it can create a huge backlog when the volume is too big. We have no control once the mail left our office. If you need it sent by express mail, you can contact us before purchase. Usually it can cost from $30 to $70 each item.
We are on our holiday break. We will adress your concerns when we reopen in January.
