Another internet company - selling clothing from China. Poor quality & nothing like the web site photos.
11 weeks of emails after I’d returned back (to China) and still no sign of reimbursement. My advice- DO NOT USE!

The website states 'easy returns' cannot be further from the truth I ordered a dress and it was the complete wrong size no surprise as their size guide is diabolical. We tried to return the dress and they offered less the the price of one dress, thats just an insult! they are now lying saying the dress hasn't been returned when the tracking shows it has so we have taken it to PayPal and hope they pull through!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This company (scammers) advertise good quality clothing on Pinterest, presumably photos from legitimate sites and then send you shoddy, cheap and quite frankly, laughable items!
A long, knitted gorgeous dress was ordered. Instead, a really cheap, shiny, sweatshirt material dress, arrived.
It wasn’t even like a sweatshirt. Even worse, cheap material. The sides were all puckered up. Probably worth £2, if that! Not the £35 paid.
They make it look like it is coming from within the UK but it actually comes from China and takes a long time to arrive.
If you ask for a refund, they’ll tell you that the cost of returning, will be 50-60% of the cost of the item. So, it’s not worth it.
Always check reviews on Trustpilot, before shopping on a site which you’ve not shopped on before!

Like others I also saw an advert on Pinterest and purchased a co ord I didn’t so the research, I had no idea it was coming from China! Waited ages and when it arrived the quality was terrible. The refund process is a nightmare and will probably cost me 50% of what I paid so a waste of time. Lesson learned do the research before buying

advert on PINTEREST for a dress 22/01/2025 I saw the above add, ordered and paid for the above before 11 am. THE AD STATES “Orders before 11 - NEXT DAY DELIVERY” . Order was confirmed and I was told package was on its way. Subsequently they stated that any orders from 24th Jan would experience some delay. My order was placed on 22nd Jan.
23 Jan I enquired about my order. They responded that they were looking into it.
24 Jan I asked them to cancel and refund my monies.
This has not been done.
I was informed today 28 Jan that the parcel was on its way but no date or time of its expected delivery .
I feel that the advert was misleading and not true. I would like to be refunded as per my several requests to them,

I keep seeing the same wretched dress under various different retail names.. it’s infuriating that it’s always accompanied by rave reviews alongside the advert .. which are obviously fake .. I bought mine under Moda London thinking it was actually made in London , not China as it happened .. and going to cost more to return than the cost of the dress .. it’s unwearable 🤦‍♀️seeing it now under Lily Sunshine ( along with many other fashion retailers ) is diabolical !!

Down coats look almost identical to Miles of London also advertised on Pinterest. Lots of poor reviews as well. Maybe there’s a connection somewhere.

What can I say that so many others have not already said! DO NOT TOUCH THIS SITE!!!!!!!
This is a criminal operation, they advertise decent looking merchandise, take an age to deliver and when it finally arrives the product is nothing like you were expecting. If trying to return their shoddy cheap replacement articles they expect you to pay the taxes and duties which they know will force their victims to not bother!
They need to be investigated and taken out of circulation and prosecuted.

Have requesting money back for non delivery of a jacket ordered on Nov 18th. All requests ignored

Avoid - it's a scam company. The pictures on their website is not the item that you purchase. Very low quality, colour of item is totally different, item is nothing like what is described. Getting a refund is proving to be a pain. Do not buy from this seller....cheap rubbish from China

Appears to be a scam stay well away, requested account be deleted as email being fraudulently used just advised that they stick by gdpr rules... Requested address to send data request forms too and no reply since, have referred to trading standards who are looking into as not the first issue raised

Please don’t order from this company. I ordered a pair of shoes. It took them 10 days to tell me they hadn’t got them but they would give me 15% off or anything else I wanted. They messaged me 3 times now. No talker giving my money back. I’m just so pleased I paid it by PayPal as I’m going to get them to look into it. It just keeps saying they’ll give me a voucher. I can choose anything else not a good company to give you money to.

Product said it's been delivered but no sign of the item they told me to contact royal mail they need to refund me and claim from royal mail but no joy from them

Seems to be not a legit company. They ship directly from China despite presenting themselves as a small UK based boutique. I have asked for a refund and they said if I return the item I will get a refund but they might charge me a "restocking fee" and a fee in case the parcel needs to get destroyed by Royal Mail / DPD. I have returned the parcel to them directly in unopened condition. Then they told me they won't issue a refund afterwards. Currently waiting for a refund to be processed with my card provider. Please don't order from them.

They are selling products that they don't actually have. I bought pants from them but they got back to me saying it's out of stock and offered an alternative which was way low quality. I didn't like it but they said they don't have any REFUND policy. Don't buy anything from them it's a trap, they are actually using other products fancy pictures to rip people off.

Btw, that product is still available on their store!!!
