I was hoping the chopping boards would show up, but after over 2 months of waiting and no response from the company, I have to admit this all looks like a scam. I

Good ordered in December, still no delivery or response to emails. Think I've been scammed. Reported to Barclaycard fraud department.

Ordered in December and have not received my item. Emailed 4 times and also have sent complaint through Shopify. No reply! This is a scam company. Stay away!!!

I ordered the bookshelves cutting boards i december 2025, and they took the money from my bank account rigth away. But the order never showed up, and I got no response from the email I sent in february.
I see here, several haven’t recieved anything and also can’t reach them, so I believe it’s all a scam.

Order was originated in Dec 2025 and as of this date have not received. No response to my numerous emails requesting delivery time. Buyer beware!!

Would rate zero if I could! Ordered acacia book cutting boards Dec 19th 2025, they took the money immediately but I’ve received nothing. I’ve emailed twice but haven’t received a response from them. I’ve been waiting 2 months now!

Ordered the wood cutting boards on December 19,2025 and have yet to receive them. When I reached out to them a month ago, they told me that they were in transit. I have yet to receive them and since then no more communication from them. if I could rate them a zero I would.

Complete scam!! Ordered on 25th December and never arrived. Repeatedly chased up seller asking for an update and still nothing. Don't purchase from these!!

I never got my cutting board. They have not responded to my many emails.
Complete FRAUD don't send your money!!

Ordered from these scammers on 23/12/25 it's now 11/2/26 and I've still not received my item and they are not replying to any contact... on top of that they are now offering them at half price... save your money it's a scam !!!

I ordered Book Cutting boards Dec 29. It’s Feb 5th and still nothing. Says “waiting for details” in SHOP app. No seller contact available. I’m disputing with credit card for a refund. Based on everyone’s review…DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered the cutting boards but they sent me a empty envelope. Now they do not answer my emails. DO NOT order from them!!!!!!

They take your money then don't respond to you and whatever you ordered just never ships.

This is a scam company that often operates under the name SUNAURA AND CO. They advertise cutting boards that look like books, and other goods, take your money and never deliver the product or respond to emails. Thank goodness my bank investigated them and within 24hrs had refunded my money - 6 weeks after the initial purchase.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
