Extremely unprofessional and the communication is super bad. I ordered on the 1st of May and today we are 22nd of May and I have no clue of the status of my order. I emailed multiple times and sent messages via the chat, where a robot can only send automatic emails. There is no way to get in touch with the company and to get my money back. This is the worst shopping experience I ever had!
