Great lift with poor dealer support

The boat lifts they manufacture appear to be excellent, however they appear to lack dealer support in some areas. I experienced problems with the installation and initial operation of my lift and received no support from their dealer. I reached out directly to Sunstream and they eventually sent me parts to install myself. I wrote a letter to the owner of the company explaining the situation with no after sales support. I have not received a response and still have no dealer support in central Florida.
