TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I order the vanilla protein shake this morning and realised the auto fill put the wrong address. As soon as I placed the order I tried calling their number, been on their chat for 6hr and emails over 6 times but no one has answered! Now I just received a notification that the parcel has been dispatched! Never will I buy your product ever again or order from your website! Pretty sure I won't get a refund and my item will go to someone else! SHAME ON YOU!

Delicious protein delivered fast

Always a fantastic product - well packaged, sealed well, and damn tasty - I like the flavours while the family enjoy the plain/vanilla.

In the past I've ordered from Amazon but this week went direct to SunWarrior, which actually ended up cheaper - I bought 3 tubs which activated some discounts, they arrived fast by tracked delivery, and included a 20% off my next order voucher in the box too - very welcome!

Can't fault them so far (probably used this protein almost exclusively for 15 years), best protein on the market.

Ordered some protein off this company…

Ordered some protein off this company and they took my money and have not received anything yet. They don't answer your emails or the live chat. It's been over a month now. Not sure what to next
