Feels like they're going downhill.
booking experience still a bit of a pain, trying to ensure that you pick accommodation with bedding included etc needs going into the details, a filter makes much more sense.
Also they are repeatedly screwing up the transfers and not sending big enough vehicles to cover ski equipment.

We appreciate your insight.
We have a lot of filters on the website but linen and towels are not currently a filter option.
However, on each accommodation page, we have an overview tab where all information including linen and towel info is clearly mentioned.
You recently reached out to us to ask about the luggage space for your transfers.
This was due to the fact that you had an issue with a prior booking.
As advised, this appears to have been an isolated incident.
Transfers are optional. If you prefer you can cancel the transfers with Sunweb up to 8 days before the holiday, and arrange your own.
We do not foresee any issues with your current booking, including the transfers.
However, as advised, if you encounter any issues/have questions during the holiday, you can reach out to our guide team for help.
Then they can investigate it and help you on the spot.

Worst travel experience I’ve had in 50…
Worst travel experience I’ve had in 50 years. Without any phone call, informed me by email the hotel was over subscribed. Refused to speak to me on the phone for ‘legal reasons’. Refused an upgrade and haven’t offered a penny of compensation. Disgusting. Will never use again.
* They offered a pathetic £30 per person and only because I pushed for it! Made no effort to find a suitable replacement. Note below they don’t dispute refusing to speak on the phone.

We are sorry that there were issues with your intial booking attempt due to a technical glitch on our website.
The initial deposit was a floating payment which we expected would bounce back to your bank.
One day after the error, one of our team members manually booked the holiday for you (as an exception) so that you would not have to pay another deposit.
As there was no intial booking for the payment to attach to, our finance department did not see the payment initially.
We reached out to you to ask you to send a print screen of the payment so that we could trace it easily and add it to your booking.
This took longer to fix than expected and does not usually happen.
However, we solved the issues for you as quckly as possible.

Reliable service and great value for money
Website is easy to use. I was able to find a suitable holiday, despite having very specific requirements. To have the accommodation, flights and other elements all in one package saved me a lot of time and money. I have used Sunweb several times and the service is always very good. Confirmed a booking then cancelled...
We booked a skiing trip for February half term and received confirmation of the accommodation booking from Sunweb. Based on this we went ahead and booked flights, transfers and ski school.
A few weeks later were contacted by Sunweb informing us that the accommodation was overbooked so we couldn't stay in the 'confirmed' accommodation. Not only that they couldn't give us anywhere else in the same resort leaving us £2000 out of pocket on flights etc.
Definitely won't be using them again
