Brilliant day paddling. Marc was knowledgeable and ensured we all had a great time. I will definitely return.

On the evening of Tue 23 July 2024, myself and another lady joined SUP Devon for a Sunset Paddle from Abbey Sands in Torquay.
Perfect weather (wind and tide) for a perfect paddle!
Marc (SUP Devon) briefed us on all safety aspects and led us on his carefully planned route through London Bridge Archway, passing by Meadfoot beach and safely paddling around Thatchers Rock, thus increasing our confidence and ability in sea paddling.
This was an awesome experience coupled with the bonus of the sun setting on our return to the shoreline.
I will be definitely be joining SUP Devon again soon.

I recently booked a trip out with Marc from SUP Devon. It was great. Marc is an excellent guide, instructor and companion. He was flexible regarding my very limited timing options and provided all the gear. I will definitely book again.

I booked a Torbay led paddle with Marc as I was holidaying in the area. Having paddled mainly inland for many years, I was very much wanting to explore further and develop my sea legs but not confident enough to do so solo.

Marc is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and more importantly, the changeable offshore winds, tide and surf conditions in the area. He was well equipped, very patient and super relaxed, which is what SUP is all about in my eyes. We had a fantastic paddle, exploring the coastline and managing to get out towards Thatchers Rock.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SUP Devon for beginners, and even experienced paddlers, and I'm sure I'll be booking again next time I'm in the area.

I am into my third season of SUPing without any proper training. I was getting frustrated as I didnt feel I was making any real progress.

I booked to go on one of Marc's trips and this was truly confidence building. I learnt much more than I expected.

I will be back and I definitely recommend Marc and Sup-Devon.

Great morning on the Grand Western Canal with Marc. As a new-ish paddle boarder, I felt in safe hands with Marc. His communication before the day and his paddle boarding knowledge on the canal were both excellent. He let us paddle at our own pace, guiding us along the way, with a good mix of technique improvement as well as just enjoying the natural surroundings. I will definitely be going out with Marc again.

Had a great day out. First time on a canal. Marc had everything well prepared and was a great host for the trip.

Paddle boarding on Grand Western Canal with Marc was a great experience. Marc was excellent from the outset, communication was fab and all the equipment was spot on he even offered us hats and gloves as the weather didnt start out perfect. We were a mixed ability group and Marc was supportive and encouraging to us all, couldn't fault him at all. Highly recommend. If you want to give SUP a go then Marc is your man.

No hesitation on a 5 star rating. Marc responded in a very timely manner to all booking communication and was extremely helpful too. The session was everything I anticipated and more. Marc had the right balance in instructing but also letting us relax and enjoy the session. We both thoroughly enjoyed the our time paddle boarding and I would highly recommend to others.

My first time paddle boarding!! A lovely surprise birthday treat, and what a treat it was!
The 2.5 hours was well organised and all the basics very well explained to help put us at ease.
Mark allowed us to set the pace with no pressure and we had plenty of time to ask questions.
We were standing on the board within 30 mins and felt proud of our achievements with Marks praise and support!

Well organised trip with excellent knowledge of paddle boarding in the area and beyond. From the initial booking, Marc ensured that I knew where to meet and that I would feel comfortable paddling at my own pace. As a novice paddler, all my questions about my own equipment and my technique were answered expertly. Nothing was too much trouble and appropriate level of challenge given.
