I can also confirm the writings from the people before. Won 1400 EUR and got confiscated. Not the first time. Take legal action now against this fraud. Did nothing wrong as all before and also don't get the money.
This simply fraud. I made a Big win and Had 37.000€ on my Balance when I started verification process. Suddenly my Account was verified but my winnings of more than 37.000€ were gone. The send me an email and copied a stupid Text from there T&C without saying What was the exact Problem and that my 37.000 were removed. That is so unbelievable. This is Not a Casino, They will not pay your winnings. Dont you ever pay a Single Euro to them!
Supacasi confiscated 3915.19€ of my winnings because they claimed that I breached a number of T&C that they copied and pasted from their website. These claims imply VPN use, bonus abuse, fraudulent documents, cheating, duplicate accounts, etc. When I asked them to be more specific while also providing proof about what exactly I breached, they refused to respond and just told me that their decision was final. I haven't even used a bonus on their website yet somehow it's part of their claims.
