I ordered a harness and leash and unfortunately there was a small problem with the harness. I reached out to support and explained the situation and they were quick to make things right. You don’t always get great service everywhere and I’m happy to report that on top of a quality product, their customer service is top notch.

Love this product. A company that makes a kitten collar is huge. Owner of 4 cats and each cat has its own feeder so we can control the amount of food consumed by each cat. All collars are too large for the small necks but the collars from supakit fit Great!!. The kittens are not able to remove so able to utilize the feeding system we have set up. So glad we discovered your company. Thank you !!

I ordered a leather collar for my cat but I wasn’t sure if the release catch was functioning well. Kevin from customer service sent me another collar which he personally tested so that I could compare it to the one I had.
In fact, the original collar was just fine in the end and I felt truly reassured.
This is a top customer service with emphasis on the pet’s wellbeing.
The leather collar is beautifully crafted from a very soft leather and my Arnie looks ever so handsome with it!

Delivery far to expensive for such a tiny item that could be posted by airmail letter ! Also for the price charged it takes way to long to arrive. I regularly have large clothing items sent from UK for 30$ postage and it arrives within 4 days ( DHL express) !
As a comparison; you charge me 25$ Delivery ….for a tiny collar,which then takes more than three weeks to arrive !

Kevin Followed up and made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome and apologised for any inconvenience. Every email and question was always answered and the response time was excellent.

Excellent! Took a plunge buying expensive collars but these are worth every penny. Both our little boys love them. Cosmo hated his last collar (alternate brand) and constantly took it off. Both our boys have had these on for over a week including their AirTag holders with no issues, no complaints and no attempts to escape them. Will be purchasing their leads from here and truely couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

Mustard loves his Supakit collars, and enjoyed them as a kitten, the only collar that fitted him! He now has collar and medal with his name, so that if he loses it again in his travels, someone can ring us!!

I ordered 2 collars with 2 custom tags for my boys. I realized after placing the order that since one of my cats is FIV+, it would be a good idea to add a line so any potential rescuer would have that info. I contacted the company and had a very quick response from Kevin and he was able to reach out to the engravers and make it happen! Thank you again!!
