Bought Cats Best cat litter, think it's the cheapest place to buy it from especially with free postage and points you can collect for money off future orders. Delivered on time too. Highly recommended, will shop there again.

Fantastic service! I had an emergency broken fish tank filter on a tank that I look after for someone else. The manager helped me with a temporary filter replacement and then liased on my behalf with his supplier to source and have delivered the spare part that was broken on the filter. He saved the day in the hot weather!
We were looking for a pet shop that dealt with reptiles and found supapet did so googled the opening hours, it said they were open till 17.30, we arrived at 15.00 to discover the shop shut, it was bank holiday but as it had stated online it was open we went out of our way to go there, needless to say we took our business elsewhere, think supapet needs to check its online opening hours!!!
We called asking for a donation toward RSPCA; a respectable charity, and all we got in return was an abrupt, rude and inconsiderate respond. That put a negative atmosphere on our charity work!
I had been trawling around London and the internet trying to find the perfect viv for my Leopard Gecko, when I came across this gem. After liaising with the owner who was very knowledgable, re-assuring and prompt to reply; I opted for the Vivexotic 48. 3 days after I placed my order with a few necessities, complete with 'free delivery', it was couriered to my doorstep.

I ordered a reptile vivarium that arrived within three days. I was concerned about ordering something online that was 1. Made of glass and 2. So big and bulky.
