A friendly efficient service with very good end results

I had a 40 year old unseen Super8 film of my wedding and wanted it put on a memory stick. This was a straight forward task and I have given it 5 stars because the customer service was great (so rare these days!) I would be confident to give them any other task.

From the moment we contacted supaphoto the service has been amazing , even if the Royal Mail took their time delivering the films. Would throughly recommend them

Enquired about VHS to DVD was able to pop down and see them gave me a great price explained everything and even told me about mould on the tapes. Had them for one week and have just got them back excellent work and so quick

I had 3 x Cine films transferred to a memory stick. The service I received from Supaphoto was friendly, professional, and efficient as well as being one of the more cost effective services available. The quality of the files was excellent and returned some much loved memories to our family. I would definitely recommend using their service.

Efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. Why did I put off having these videos transferred to digital for so long? I had a fear something could go wrong in the process, or it would be too expensive. It was all very simple. Thanks Supaphoto!

Transferred an old 1960's tape to a digital file. Great service! Professional and efficient! Just what I wanted. Would recommend to friends and use them again.

SupaPhoto put 5 old Cine films (Standard & Super8) on to DVD for me just before Christmas 2023. The valued films were taken mainly at our wedding in 1970 and it seemed a risk to send them away but we needn't have worried. SupaPhoto are great people to deal with & I would certainly use them again. Their approach is friendly & personal with the objective of pleasing the customer. They are willing to do anything they can to achieve that objective.
The DVD was shown to my family at our Christmas gatherings & it was very well received by young & old alike. I'm so pleased that I did this & put my trust in SupaPhoto.

I really wanted to get an old VHS transferred onto DVD as a gift for my mum. A quick search on google led me to Supaphoto. Within 10 minutes of making an enquiry I’d been contacted with more information about what they could offer. As I live locally I was able to drop off the VHS myself which cut out additional costs. Amazing, ‘supa’ quick service and kept informed throughout! Within 24 hours I was sent a clip of my VHS! Will certainly recommend and use again!

Excellent service and care.
I had an old reel to reel of my Dad's from the 1960's. Memories of visiting Ireland as a child and the music and Craig Dad recorded.
Supaphoto took their time and expertise in digitising recordings of differing qualities and recording speeds . Wonderful to now have a memory for ever.

I visited supaphoto just prior to Christmas and they offered a speedy and reliable service that was also friendly and professional. They provided sound advice on the best course of action moving forward in the transfer of sentimental footage from VHS to digital. I would definitely recommend and go back should I require there services once again.

Supaphoto converted a box of cinefilm dating back to the 1970’s, and some VHS tapes from the early 90’s for me. The clarity and colour has genuinely surprised me. I had tried having the cinefilm converted elsewhere a few years ago, but Supaphoto’s work is simply in a different league. Seriously impressed. Thank you!

I had two cine films that were 70 years old, and which looked very faint and fragile, that needed digitising. When I telephoned to enquire about what could be done the person I spoke to was very helpful and gave me confidence in using the company. I even had a telephone call when the cine films had been digitised to tell me that they were complete. Digital files were sent via We Transfer with a DVD posted. As it was the Christmas madness I was glad to get the digitised films electronically rather than wait for Postman Pat. I was very happy with the company and the digitised films and would use them again and recommend them to friends. It was nice to use a company that had a 'human touch' and not the usual 'just doing a job' attitude that seems to prevail these days.
