After the multiple emails I sent I've still not had any reply

Same as everyone else on here , ordered , taken money , don't reply to email CONTACT YOUR BANK if you've paid by card !

Total scam
I wish I'd have read reviews before. I got totally bombarded with adverts on every platform. The website looked legit so I purchased a toy for my baby. That was at the start of November. Sent emails to 2 different addresses. The sup bien one and the boepans site that the toy was purchased from. The boepan email bounce back and nothing from the other.
If I could give them less than one star I would. Unfortunately the company is based in USA, or so it appears. So can't do much other than leave reviews and hope people read them first.
Disgusting they get away with this.

Like others mentioned, I too placed my order in Nov and so far till January nothing except an order confirmation on first day. I have tried writing emails but no response. Lost all hopes now. I wish i had seen these reviews before.

Don’t order from them. I haven’t received my order over 1 month now, and no one to contact to query and get a refund. Very disappointed with Instagram where their ad was seen.

Is this company just a total scam and how can they get away with it, surely someone has the power to stop these people taking our money for products which we will probably never see, this is thieving

Scam - ordered baes on Instagram ad and no contact since email confirmation and payment taken. I think they use different brand names each time so you can't look them up - saw same item for sale recently with a different brand name. When I ordered it was fouenlo.

Biggest scammers, they nid to be reported, ordered swings and still waiting, they will get what they deserve one day. Sons of the devil

Total scam, take your money then receive nothing, advertised on Facebook, they should be more careful with what they advertise 😡

I would give it a zero if a choice it is a total scam. I ordered a product and got a confirmation but nothing since and it has been almost 2 months no tracking no updates. I have emailed several times and no response. Do not spend money even if product looks great- stay away!

it is a fraud! I have bought a laguage but never received and no way ti get in contact with them.

I just orderd a sofa bed just 2 weeks ago only got the order confirmation nothing more i tried calling the number they provided but its not a real number even the email address isnt real its a complete FRAUD SCAM

This company is fraud they took my money in USD since April and I never heard from them I can even prove my Oder number and bank account activity never recommended anyone to buy anything I even write email that they provide but it’s doesn’t even go through

Scam, stay away. Bought a busy board for my son and of course I won't get it. Tried contacting them 2 different email addresses, but message can't even been sent. Sup bien, zbuaqae.com... Thieves

I wouldn’t give them any star at all. Ordered a swing back in February. Their site said will be shipped out in April and also will send me a notification once shipped. It is May now and I’ve emailed several times and no one responded. THIS IS TRULY A SCAM site. Also, they’ve used different email. At one point in time it was at support at supbiendotcom and now support at saveuioidotcom (this email is an undeliverable email address).
