I used this clip holster for 13 months and was fully satisfied with it. It has a two year warranty if you register online. A clip did break off and I sent an email along with a picture to the company. The company acted quickly and had no questions after they saw the picture and sent me back a full replacement. I'm happy with them. I think you will be too if you use them. A positive experience for me for sure.

I had a issue with the delivery where I didn't realise it could take up to 2 weeks to come, so wanted to cancel as my phone had already arrived, but Camille helped me out and sorted and give a partial refund, and the case arrived only 4 days later which surprised me.
I have s24 plus and the case is a good quality much better than the cheap one I got off amazon and I do plan to buy from them again, thank you very much Camille, for you help and patience.

I have always liked the case from the first time I got it. Unfortunately it cracked near one of the hinges. I contacted support through the website. I was immediately responded to, which was unexpected. I was told since it was within the 1 year warranty period a new case would be sent to me no charge. It's hard to find companies these days that have such top notch customer service and stand by their product. I would definitely recommend supcase to anyone.
