Needed a particular tile. Floor & Decor wanted $200 to ship to my local store. Arbor had the exact tile I needed, lower price, and only $49 shipping. Glad I found them.

Really Fast and easy to find and order…

Really Fast and easy to find and order exactly what I needed after searching several different web sites. Took less than 5 minutes and was done! thank you! I will be back! Now if the shipping is just as fast, I will be even more impressed!

No order and no explanation received

I submitted my order and my credit card details(as requested) over 2 weeks ago. I have received nothing and have had no response to my requests for some notification as to the status of my order. Terrible, impolite and inconsiderate service!

Horrible Experience

Ordered a door, received an email response that the status was 'pending approval' which takes 1-14 days. Waited 14 days, began emailing and phoning asking for a status. They couldn't provide any information. Emailed today requesting the order be cancelled. They responded that they had already cancelled my order, but never communicated that. Never again!

Buyer Beware!

Ordered two doors advertised as being in stock on February 12 and immediately Super Arbor (SA) posted a pending transaction to my credit card. Once the order was placed, that's the last I heard from SA. They refused to respond to either phone calls or emails. Finally, after one month, they appear to have cancelled the order from their end. I only know because I observed credit card activity from SA on March 12. When I contacted my credit card, they told me that Super Arbor appeared to be terminating the transaction. Still no courtesy of a response from SA.

Communication is lacking…

Communication is lacking… I understand that it might take some time to process everything; especially since I am not a professional contractor, but letting me know where I am at in the process would be very helpful and set my mind at ease! It has been just over 14 business days-which is the max they said it would typically take-since I placed my order and I still have not received a follow-up email. I am using a guest login and there is no update when I check my “account”, it still just says the order is “confirmed”. Your prices seem great, but I can’t even say if they are legit or if I will ever receive the products due to lack of communication.
