Very friendly devs here. They didn't push a newbie away and gave me all the assistance I asked. My first hosting, therefore built my first site and got everything I needed from here.

Happy to see I got to test some free items before purchasing anything. I think this is important as many sites are just selling poor plugins so had to personally verify everything but they are what they say, that's for sure.

I run my own WP development agency so this service is essential for my business and the themes are all of a high quality. My customers are looking SEO optimised sites and they have everything with the latest requirements by Google.

Too bad I didn't find them sooner... I've spent WAY TOO MUCH money on useless themes. This community has provided me everything from A to Z and I only spent a fraction what I used to.

I started a network of sites so I needed a couple of different themes and this was a very cost-effective solution for me. There were no issues, faults or errors with the themes... all is working and in a good order.

Considering all the alternatives, this is likely the best place to get your themes from! So far has been flawless!!

All these themes are mobile optimized. I don't even need to use AMP function, they run super fast regardless, and I am very happy I decided to buy them!

I purchased a theme on February 20, 2025 from Superb Themes. After having trouble with the theme, I requested a refund on February 20,2025. My refund request was granted, and customer support promised to refund in 5-10 business days. Up until today I have not received my refund. Today is March 19,2025.

They have a clear refund policy which they have not respected. I also tried to contact them a few times and was met with silence.

I’m one of those tinkering types who change themes on now four sites far too often. I have had the pleasure of using Superb twice now, and I’ve been pleased with the offerings, ease of installation and support each time. However, this time, I haven’t had to contact them yet. I recommend checking out their themes and giving them a go.

They are one of the easier themes to work with. They are not over complicated like some themes are. And most of all you can't beat the price. Contact was email only. Took 3 days to get back to me, then more time as we went back and fort, trying to understand my website interface issues. Eventually, after two days of more slow emails, we figured out the answer using custom CSS, which the tech provided. The help robot was no help for this particular problem. I also found the Gridly interface to be really limiting in customization options. Still, a good product was produced, and I am grateful for all the options I now have.
