Great service from Will

Needed a deep cycle battery for my caravan. Shopped around and was unimpressed by service at other locations. Went into Supercheap as a last option. Will was busy with other customers but Made it known that he wouldn’t be long. Talked through options and made sure termination type was correct. Will was friendly, informative and helpful. It’s never a pleasant experience spending large sums of money however I departing feeling fully informed and confident that I had the right battery.

Seaford Meadows

Absolutely appalling service, staff are miserable and rude. Not the first time with crap service from this store. Always the same staff member too.
Will be my last time though.
Store management don't seem to care either.

Ill fitting seat covers

I needed some car seat covers so I went to Supercheap in Bendigo. The guy behind the counter told me where to find them and what labels to look for. Said he could send someone to help me if I needed it. I told him they were for a Corolla but he didn’t ask what year or model. Consequently the set I bought are too big and there no instructions for fitting. And I can’t return them because I broke the box trying to open it. Next time I will go to Autobarn across the road where I always get service.

Getting it right, even when you don't!

This review is specifically for the Supercheap Auto team at the Bacchus Marsh store. Shout out to the customer service reps who really helped me out last week getting the right tools and parts ordered for my 2008 Toyota Yaris. I made what should've been a simple repair job on my rear hatch door more complicated when I went to the store and couldn't find the tool I needed, followed by me not correctly describing the replacement part I needed to get ordered. Despite my fumbling, one team member pointed me in the right direction to get the RivNut toolkit I needed and helped me place a special order for parts. Later in the week when they called me to let me know the order had arrived, it turned out I'd ordered the wrong one. Another team member stepped in and got me sorted, the next day the right parts arrived. Great teamwork guys!

Manipulated Supercheap Auto reviews

Was requested by Supercheap Auto to leave a review about a recent purchase. Did so, honestly and politely, pointing out a flaw with the packaging which resulted in the item being mildly damaged upon opening (see below). This review was rejected because it did not "meet website guidelines". The reason I'm reviewing here is because I don't like mega companies manipulating reviews so only the glowing ones are published. My review was to enable people to check in store that their speakers were ok. Do better by your customers Supercheap. THE REVIEW - 4 OUT OF 5 STARS GIVEN Good speakers, packaging could be better Speakers have good sound, easy to install. No damage on outside of box, however the packaging inside had shifted creating a kink on delicate lip of speaker that absorbs bass movement. I live over 100ks from town so went ahead with install. Will wait and see if this becomes an issue.

Outstanding Customer Service - Morayfield Store

I would like to sincerely thank the amazing team at the Morayfield store who went above and beyond in assisting my husband and I yesterday.

From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help with all our enquiries regarding products and pricing. It was refreshing to experience such genuine customer service.

A special thank you to Kennon for fitting our car battery and taking the time to clearly explain everything to us. We truly appreciated your patience, professionalism, and the friendly conversation.

Thank you also to Kirra, who served us at the checkout and kindly contacted the Caboolture store to arrange for an item to be held for us when it wasn’t available in Morayfield. When we arrived at the Caboolture store, the item was already waiting at the counter, super convenient.

This store truly has an amazing team, and their service did not go unnoticed. Please pass on our appreciation.

I know nothing about cars and they made the process of choosing, buying and installing a new car battery so easy and stress free. Super shit auto tuggernong

Im so annoyed with ur tuggernong branch and with ur head office i put in a claim after the breakpads failed in my car and damaged my roters then today ive been accused of tampering with the packaging I have sent you the emails of the damage to my car caused by this and now you have sent me a email saying that I have not supplied any evidence ur claims department refuse to contact me and head office just hang up on me do not buy from supercheep auto tuggernong you have made me miss a family holiday and trying to sell my car 2 sales have now fallen through who the he'll do i contact you say you take safety seriously what a load of crap ive got all the photos of everything and you still refuse to do anything about it keep going u idiots ill keep writing reviews ur staff member at tuggernong accused me of switching the packaging i want something done about this or i will pay him a visit are you going to respond the more u make me wait the more I write ive paid for my stuff you have the parts I want a refund the worst part of today was jo telling me never to call again gess what u stupid cow who whould shop in this crap store anyway repco have better attudes and better customer service i will never shop hear again u should be re trained in customer service and learn how to treat customers with respect if u spok nicely u wouldn't have got the reaction u did ya old cow

Super Expensive Super Cheap no way

Was looking to buy some T20 Wedge Globes to replace my burnt out brake lights and found Super Cheap to be Super expensive the same globes can be bought from Bunnings for a quarter of the price Super Cheap sells 1 Globe Narva brand for double the price that you can get 2 x for from Bunnings Super rip off Super stay Clear from them do your homework you will save money by shopping around

Good service Melrose Park.

Good service, ordered an air filter and paid for it. Super cheap called later and told me that they couldn't get that particular brand of filter in, they offered to get another more expensive brand but didn't charge me anymore from the original purchase, good service and helpful.

Warringah Mall Staff Knowledgable and Helpful

I have always found the staff at Warringah Mall very knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking online for a sanding block, and it was not available at Warringah Mall, it would have cost more in postage than the price.
So yesterday I went into the Warringah Mall Store and asked one of the staff if they would be ordering any in the near future. I was told that I could order it through the store. it would be delivered to my home address at no postage cost. I did this and the parcel was delivered the next day by midday.

Super Cheap cheap customer service

Went to SuperCheap auto at Springvale, look at the self screen inquiry for oil filter and found the code of the product, but spent 30 minutes to look after it on the shelves and asked a sale girl to help but she said she’s busy with another customer, actually she went to the counter where there were no customer at all, only another sale girl next to her and she starts talking and laughing/joking with the other sale girl and worst of all she starts moving her body it looks like she’s dancing with the rythme of the music which we can hear at the back ground. Lol, I used to know Supercheap auto with a big company name which provide good products and good customer service but now It became Super Cheap Cheap cheap customer service.

Poor Governance

Glen Waverly Store, Melbourne. A man came in and started screaming and using obscenities towards a staff member in front of their child. I couldn’t believe it: Nothing was done to protect the mental wellbeing of the staff member. WorkSafe > Safety and Wellbeing > Psychological Health - Not to mention other customers like me. My boss used to kick out abusive customers. When I asked why, he said “It upsets the other customers”. He treated me well and stood up for all of us, which I will always be grateful for. When will Supercheap comply with the legislation and step up to protect young people from bullies and cowards?
