The whole experience was great and everyone involved made sure it went smoothly. Our tour leader-driver was very exact with his info about the tour and its components, and was very warm and joyfull, which really made a difference. Our guide was also eager to help and illustrative with her narration, which made the experience even more soul-stirring.

Well organised tour and great guides throughout the tour would definitely recommend.

Bus on time, friendly staff and tour guides. They did change our pick up time to 5.30am but it worked out for the best. So pleased they did. Had an amazing informative trip. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

We were kept up to date with everything and despite a time change, everything went well. Collected on time, breaks when needed, good tour guides at Auschwitz and Salt Mines and our organiser (Janus we think his name was) was constantly giving updates so everyone was clear what was happening. Couldn't fault the whole day at all.

Our guide, Adrianna, was outstanding—she shared the historical context with great knowledge and sensitivity, helping us truly understand the depth of what took place. Despite the tragic history, she conveyed an important and powerful message that we will carry with us. The driver was also excellent, making the trip smooth and comfortable.

We highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking a well-structured and respectful way to learn about this significant part of history.

Had a great experience when we went on a tour of Auschwitz . From pick up to drop off it all went smoothly. Our rep Eric was very helpful and accommodating and our guide throughout the tour (apologies I can’t remember the name was very genuine and informative. It was an amazing experience and good value for money. Would highly recommend .❤️

Our experience with this company was fabulous from start to end. Communication was great and we where picked up 10 minutes early, Michael was Our tour guide he was polite and very organised, the tour guide for the actual tour around auschwitz was incredibly knowledgeable an made the whole day very thought provoking, i unfortunately didn't catch his name. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Thankyou for the experience

First and foremost this is by far the best tour company I’ve used , timing was spot on from start to finish for any future tours I will always use get your guide. I can’t speak more highly of this company and the staff they employ thank you for some fabulous tours

Well organised trip with a very knowledgable guide (Martin) who gave us plenty of background on Auschwitz and Poland under the Nazis.
The bus was clean and had plenty of room.
Difficult to describe a trip of this nature as “enjoyable” but it was certainly an experience I won’t forget.

Me and my daughter done the Auschwitz - Birkenau tour. The coach pick ups and drop offs went smoothly. Even when I had got the wrong hotel, the tour company made sure me and my daughter didn’t miss out and sent a driver to collect us (who would have known there were 2 ibis hotels-oops)

Our initial guide who was with us on the bus answered any questions and gave us timings of where we had to be, there was also an option sent to us the day ahead if we would like to add on a packed lunch (2 rolls, fruit, sweet, bottled water and a wafer biscuit). I recommend getting the packed lunch, it works out around £7 each. Saves having to wait in queues at the restaurant or cafe for food, as it can be very busy. There are vending machines at the main car park though.
Our tour guide for Auschwitz and Birkenau was really lovely, she had a grandfather who helped give aid to people at the camps. Very interesting stories and she answered any questions and also it was well paced out. There was a fair amount of walking but well paced. Take appropriate footwear. Would absolutely recommend. Going back next year with my mum and eldest daughter.

Booked a day trip months in advance for 8am. The booking process states that the time may change closer to the day, which is fine.

I received an email at 8am the day before, which is precisely when the free cancellation period ends, to say the booking has moved to 5:40am.

A 2hr20min change in time is completely unreasonable and to email at exactly when I'm no longer able to cancel is terrible service and lacks transparency.

Edit:

For what it's worth, the tour was good value for money. Lots of waiting around, which you'll get in a group.
Unfortunately, I'm not revising the 1 star rating as I think the early time was always the plan and the company should be open & transparent about it.

Martin was a great guide, him and a lady taking the tour were very knowledgeable. Transport went smoothly as well. Would recommend.

Amazing experience from start to finish picked up outside our hotel with a phone call and contacts via message prior. Transported to Auschwitz-Birkenau via coach took around 90mins . Security check and tour with an amazing informative guide Mariawsh who was respectful knowledgeable and compassionate. Not much time in between camp 1 and 2 so take lunch with you and eat on the bus. Camp 2 again informative. It’s a long day with lots of walking so be prepared. Returned to Krakòw via coach then separate arranged transfer to hotel in private taxi. Perfect end to day that was made to remember the past so we never repeat such horrific torture of human beings ever again.
