Much like many other reviews. They are professional scammers. Will only deliver part of your order and never refund or even reply to emails. It is impossible to talk to them. If you value your money, stay away from them, they are thieves.
I give 4 stars because I got my money back easily. However I take back one star for the following reasons:
1. No clear information on contacting customer service. Only the email route works.
2. Items were not delivered next day as promised. In fact, they were out of stock.
3. I wrote to customer service to cancel my order. Within 3 minutes I got 3 different emails - one that order is cancelled (this was in response to my email), one that said that the items are not available therefore order is cancelled, and another - wait for it - the order has been SENT.
Taking back one star for this lack of clarity.
Bad service. No return service and no customer service feedback. Products are almost expired.
Worst online shopping experience. Ordered 4 products, and after completing the purchase I received an email saying that they didn’t have it in stock and that they will refund me. One week later I still don’t have the money.
Once I received the package I noticed that one of the products is not what I ordered, as stated on my purchase confirmation email and the order slip that came with the package. Emailed them immediately, reached out to them via WhatsApp and almost a week later no response.
Terrible customer service. Don’t trust them with your money. AVOID.
