Products come over a week of purchase. Products are NOT sealed and comes with open lid and powder in packages.

Very low level communication. You email and the response time is a couple of days, not resolving the issues a customer raise. Overall not a good experience with Magictree superfoods.

There was a pubic hair in my package of mushroom powder, described the encounter to staff via email- very poor response and no responsibility- will never buy from them again plenty of other better quality companies.

I bought a block of vegan superfood.
Instead of cubing when cut it mainly just crumbled. This meant a mixture of burnt or undercooked larger pieces.
Tasted awful.
A complaint resulted in a text ' voucher' but there was no voucher and a very convoluted uploading system of receipt for cash back. Yet no way of giving the cash back !
I gave up in the end. Won't be buying superfoods products again.

While I like this company’s product You need to be very wary when ordering anything on special. I have had a subscription for a few years, but ordered some thing on a promotional and I’m now stuck with six bags of their creamer which is not returnable. The website can be very difficult to use. I have canceled my subscription.

1. I did loose weight using Amazing Coffee
2. My blood pressure went up 40+ points, causing dizziness and other issues.
3. After months of these problems, I narrowed it down to this product.
4. When I tried to return these products a couple of days after receiving them, my return was denied, saying it was beyond the 30 day return window.
As I am writing this, it is still within the stated return window.

I loved their Amazing Creamer and received it by subscription for quite some time. Most recently they added Stevia and the taste is terrible. Why did they change perfection? Hopefully I will get a refund for this product I will not use. :(

Update: I was not able to get a refund for over $100 of product. Be aware if you subscribe that they can change the ingredients without you knowing and they only have a 10 day return time. If you subscribe, you will likely have your next shipment for a bit before you run out of the previous shipment--read the label own your new shipment. Needless to say, they lost me as a customer.

I bought the Mixed Berries one to try and then changed the flavour each month, now I have been using the pomegranate Probiotic Kombucha powder for nearly an year now. This kombucha is the reason why living with IBS is now possible without restrictive diet. It was painful and supermarket komuchas wasn't working. I significantly reduced gas, bloating, constipation and tummy ache which was effecting my social and professional life. IBS is real and depressing, I highly recommend this product.

A great company with amazing products. Drinking kombucha daily has improved my bloating, skin, energy levels and overall health. It's great to have it in powder form as it is easy to transport and better for the environment 😃

I've been using it for almost a year now

You best believe I am super happy I decided to give this a try. I love Kombucha but sometimes the price and the quality can deter me from purchases. My grapefruit arrived yesterday, 2 tsp in a glass with cold water whisked and I have my own 'brewed' Kombucha at home. It was so easy to do and it taste great. Look forward to trying the other flavours in the future.

Kombucha has a number of health benefits containing good bacteria and a yeast, that is often prescribed these days. I love this product, it's really tasty with a natural sweetness and really low in sugar. The fact that it is unpasteurised and living means it is great for your gut health as well

What a great find! I'm new-ish to Kombucha but have been put off by the high cost and lugging the bottles / cans around - the instant powder solves that!

I love mixing the grapefruit one with fizzy water with a piece of fresh fruit thrown in and have recently discovered the apple cider vinegar one is much better than lemsip when you're feeling a bit under the weather 👏🏻

We tried some of this the other day sprinkled into some fresh grapefruit juice and poured it into some really cool glasses. Really "zingy" and delicious for an afternoon pick me up. Will be ordering some more for the office!

10/10 for superfoods company! I’m actually in love with the instant kombucha! I make all my own flavours and leave out all the added sugars and nasties in the bottled ones! Happy gut, and happy foe my bank account too!!!
