My story a little bit different, I ordered some vitamins from this store, but PostNL didn’t deliver them to me (even the app says they do deliver it to me). Get in contact with client service and after 1 week of waiting they send me a new package, because PostNL still declares they did deliver it to me. I’m very positive about client service, and very thankful to them.

I never received my order
I never received my order. It was se t back to sender for some reason. I sent an email, but never received a reply from you. I have experienced a very bad service so far and spent 30 euros for nothing.

After placing my order, there was some payment problem incurred, I could not complete my order without Marlieke's help. The most beautiful part was Marlieke sent me a gentle reminder about the deliver time, just in case I forget to collect my order before leaving this city.
