This company should be shut down and not be able to con people anymore, I made the mistake and gave them a chance, I ordered from them on 22nd August was told via email to bare with them due to this and that blah blah blah, sent me a tracking link which magically said it was delivered when it was not as I've been working from home for the past few months! asked for a refund and now you do not hear anything from them, the online chat is as FAKE as their POSITIVE REVIEWS! I would not order from this, even trustpilot reviews have not been answered in the past 12 months says it all really, please don't fall for the trap like many other people like myself have done.

I ordered my shirt over 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. They do not respond to emails, don’t have a phone number, and don’t respond to their online chat.

It’s very clearly a scam. Don’t waste your money.

I’ll be honest - having ordered my shirt in I think end of August and then read reviews here (and of the shipping company) I was pretty sure I had just lost my money. To be fair they did reply to my emails and kept in touch and assured me it was coming but it just took so long I was losing faith until suddenly today.. it finally arrived and looks great! The quality is really good, seems legit and i’m happy with my purchase (albeit it has taken about 6 weeks or something crazy).

I ordered the latest Arsenal 3rd kit from here, I've used these sort of sites before and had no problems but seems my lucks ran out.

The kit arrived, buying it was simple enough, but unfortunately the fit wasn't right for me. I believe this is from ordering the "authentic" version, and not some design flaw. So I decided to return it and order the standard replica fit that I've had before.

I checked their site beforehand and saw their Returns policy allows non-customised orders to be returned but specifies no means on how to do that. This is very poor, especially because it appears they don't bother responding to any of their avertised means of contacting them either.

I've sent multiple emails. multiple DMs on Instagram to no response and they've disabled comments on their Instagram page. After weeks, I'm certain I'm being ignored or there was never any service behind their empty Returns Policy.

I'm rating this one star as I'm bitterly disappointed and the problems are particularly inexcusable for a company that can set itself up to take your money without issue. Why show a returns policy that doesn't explain how to return? Why avertise ways to contact you if you don't actually reply?

Seems I'm stuck with this top, it's a real shame, I'll never want to wear it. Avoid this supplier at all costs, plenty of alternatives out there who actually respect the people giving them money their hard-earned money.

I ordered 2 football kits only 1 turned up after 30 days! Iv emailed them 4 times and have been ignored! Would not recommend this site stay clear!!

Saw the site on Twitter in early August, and a new Arsenal shirt for £30 seemed too good to be true, so I hunted for reviews. Came across several positive reviews on Trustpilot and took a punt. They emailed within a week to say my shirt had been dispatched, and told me delivery would be 7 to 10 days. Nothing arrived by 01 September so I emailed them (no response). The tracking number they provided only has chinese writing which I can't read. I've emailed again (no response) and it's now 12 September. I'm seeking to claim back my money through my bank.

I've ordered 2 kits on separate occasions from this website already and I'm very pleased with the quality they have been, these are legit. The problem is if you choose standard free delivery, your shirt will arrive after a very long time. I'm in South Africa and delivery for both shirts took about 2-3 months. But tracking info is available.

Decided to give this site the benefit of the doubt despite seeing some reviews claiming they’re trying to scam customers, as there were also a fair few positive reviews. It’s now pretty clear that all the negative reviews were correct and it’s simply a scam. Waited 3 weeks for my order and then, after emailing them numerous times, I was told it was refunded (thankfully, it was). A few others also ordered shirts at the same time as me and none of them have received their orders yet. Don’t waste your time with this site, go elsewhere.

This is a scam - my jersey arrived without the official sleeve sponsor logo. It is impossible to get your money back because they do not respond to emails. The tell-tale signs are that the prices of brand newly-launched jerseys are the same price as the previous season out-going jerseys. DO NOT be conned.

After ordering it on the 6 of August, I have finally received my shirt. They said the delay of 7 to 10 business days, which is alright but it turned out to be 16 days... They were not the most responsive but eventually, they did respond. I'm a little skeptical about the quality as I have done in-depth research on how to spot a fake kit and frankly I cannot quite tell because I have not owned a proper football kit before, but to be honest, it does not feel like how a Nike jersey should feel and some of the fabric stick out. But overall the kit is not too bad, but saying that it's authentic is not true. Would not buy from there again, would simply be better to purchase from sites like Nike or the club's official store and pay more.

Bought one for £40 and still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, not expecting it to either. Customer service non existent, hasn't replied to a single email, avoid.

bought two jerseys for £30 each 3 weeks ago and have had nothing delivered. Prior to buying from this site I checked the trust pilot reviews and saw only positive experiences from other buyers, however having come back on to trust pilot to check again I am now seeing bad reviews which were previously not there, I suspect this is the ’company’ taking them down. As of now I would recommend buying from elsewhere as its looking more and more likely I have been scammed. Emailed them asking where my order is and have had no reply.

Ordered a £40 jersey and its nowhere to be seen. Searched online and it seems im not the only one who has been done out of money. I would not use super football shirts again.

Multiple emails and phone calls with no answers or reply. this is definitely a scam! I've looked at the other users in this list and most of them seem fake giving positive reviews.

All their social network accounts are fake, the phone number the've put goes to automated voicemail and even if you leave dozens of messages no reply.

I ordered from superfootballshirts.com with low expectations after reading some poor reviews. However, I thought, if it is a scam then it's not that much money to lose.

I must admit, as time ticked by I became more and more unenthusiastic. low and behold, the shirts arrived! it took exactly one month to arrive and the quality is fantastic. Will definitely be ordering again!

Ok so this company is great! Brilliant is all I can use to describe it. I purchased a Barcelona Shirt and a Manchester United shirt from here. With the discounts from some influencers I managed to secure them for £27 each which was a bargain! Now initially I was sceptical as soon as I made the purchase and was worried as the shirts were taking a while to arrive. However, I was given assurance by the customer support and I just received my shirts today and all I can say is wow!!! I'm shocked by the negative comments im reading from other people and would just recommend people to stay patient as your order will eventually arrive and when it does you will be beyond happy. I've placed an order for 2 more shirts now and can't wait! Thank You

Superfootballshirts is a site selling "replica" jerseys at half the original price of an original jersey. The deal seems to be very good on the surface but its clear that their margins are way higher as these jerseys come from mainland china. The cost of one jersey can be bought from less than 10 pounds in other shopping websites.
The quality is actually not good. I purchased 2 argentina concept shirts from them. Within one wash, some of the letters already come off. Now my "adidas" logo is spelled as A IDAS.
Of course to cap off the bad experience, shipping is late and communication is poor. One lady started emailing me after I give them a bad review. Yes the shirts came....but there is much left to be desired from this website.
They run a 50% sale perpetually.
Their chatbot is not functional.
The website's alignment and font are all over the place near the bottom.
The AWESOME Reviews that you see on their website all look dubious. They did not front it with trustpilot reviews as the real reviews are really not that awesome.

After writing a review on here a few days back, about two shirts I ordered and never received, then to be contacted by them asking me to remove the review as they are not scammers and promises my shirts would be delivered, coincidentally the next day I received ONE shirt only. Iam now again in the same position AGAIN after sending emails Iam being ignored about the delivery of my MISSING shirt .. poor service guys, instead of sending automated email reply’s just answer me as quickly as you did when you were not happy with my first review!!!

Ordered wrong size and they promised to send the right size without returning the one I received. Customer service is very engaging and competent. I will definitely by from them again.
