Quick and efficient service
I received my trainers within a very short time or ordering them online. They are the fifth pair of Superga trainers that I have had, but, because I couldn't find them in any shops on this occasion, it was the first time that I have made an online purchase of them.

SCAMMERS
If there was the option of giving zero star I would.
they left my shoes in a different address, but courier marked as left at my address.
There is a lady in the picture they have sent me taking the parcels.
They sent me forms to sign and they got Evri to email me forms they want me to declare that I checked with my neighbours and house members when they went to deliver to a door I don't recognise or the person taking the parcel, and it doesn't even show the door number
I refused to sign my hand 1 because I don't have access to a printer and 2 I don't know what they will do with my signature especially when they sent Evri to email me to collect my signature.
SCAM!!!, don't buy from this company. I am leasing with a solicitor now to get my money back from them as it is getting very stressful dealing with them.
I don't understand why they want me to sign by hand when I emailed them.back the forms they sent me signed digitally.
Never will buy from them again.

Returns process not easy
Shoes well designed but not a good fit so returning. Expected a bar code with order details to be sent but have to print off order details and do an address label. Difficult if you don’t have a printer😏

Always a great sale
I look forward to the Superga sale and have purchased several times in the past. Sadly the delivery was messed up by DPD but eventually the parcel was delivered and I'm delighted with my purchase.

1. Actual product does not match product In pictures
2. Actual product has 6 lace holes. Picture had 5.
3. Return costs a minimum of £7 (its NOT free returns)
4. Size is half size bigger than other brands

The 5 lace holes in the web photo is because it is a picture of a size 5 shoe (this has 5 lace holes ) - larger sized shoes, size 5.5 and above have 6 lace holes. I can see on checking we have processed a full refund for you.

I've been buying Superga products for over 20 years, they are wonderful and I've never had any negative issues - I currently have 6 pairs in a variety of colours which go very well with all my outfits, The quality and fit are the best and highly recommended. When ordered I've received within 3 days. Excellent always.
