Lovely made pumps in navy
Lovely made pumps in navy. I am normally a size 6 but took a size up as I find with these types of shoes it gives me a bit more room in the toe area and the size 40 fits perfectly. They were comfy on, straight out the box and are now my new favourite pumps.

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers. Both are lovely. The white pair are quite narrow and stiff, but hopefully will loosen up.

Go with everything shoes
Great value, comfortable, I got them for holiday shoes and love them. I wanted something to go with everything and keep packing light. Great with wide leg trousers, dresses or shorts.

Failed delivery/re-delivery
After ordering, the beautiful shoes were too big. I returned these and re-ordered the smaller size to be delivered at my local Post Office. For some reason the courier delivered to a post office 20 Miles away, which were then returned to you. I contacted you and asked for them to re-delivered, but instead a refund was processed. When I highlighted this, I did receive an apology but there was no offer to re-send the shoes. I have not attempted to re-order.

What could go wrong
What could go wrong, bought previously so ordered same size as previously. Absolutely huge, why can't they sort their sizings out. When you want to return you have to have your return approved and then pay to return. Won't be ordering from them again as they didn't even acknowledge the problem with their sizing
