1st time buyer from this company and my Jet fuel 28 grams were…
I purchased a Ounce of Jet fuel and it looked good... until I broke into the flowers and it rained seeds. I got maybe 12 grams of flower after the separation of seeds and obviously some sticks since more seed than flower.
It came promptly and securely.
Had no issues with paying for my order and money being delivered first to company with trust from me, and you can trust getting your product, but when I hit support up And immediately I'm told show proof and I did send the proof and never heard nothing back from customer service to replace product that I trusted the company would have given me proper customer service.
I guess, It is what it is.
However I heard from other friends that ordered same time as me and they got good flower with no seeds and nice frosty flowers at that. I was just hoping this business customer service would of replaced mine that was messed up that I showed proof of... Then say we are sorry and we are immediately sending out a new Ounce of Jet Fuel and maybe some extra for my trouble for trusting them with my order and it was first time ever ordering from them.
I'm not saying this is a bad company, I think I just got someone having a bad day and that's why I didn't get proper customer service.
I really am not sure why this happened but I'm not angry just posting a proper review for others needing it for their Chronic PTSD and Chronic Pain, etc.
