Pricing and quality have been the prime factors in my continued patronage of this company. It's worth the wait to get a custom piece and the actual processing time promised as been spot on. I think the only aspect that may need better clarification is a more detailed examination and explanation of the products. There are terms and processes that are not easily understood at first glance. They do offer a video consult which may be more beneficial.

Outstanding customer service on my 1st order!

I bought a M101V color 560 in March and I bought this M104 color 560 and had it cut in. The M104 is much darker. It’s also cut in too short, but that’s probably my fault for choosing the 225 cut in style I just ordered a M105 color 560 and am having it cut in the style 333. I understand that each system is made individually, but the difference is very noticeable. I will send a picture attached to this e-mail to show it.

I ordered two custom made hair pieces. I only received.one then I called back to notify them and then they wanted my card. I said no.you got my card once already. You’re not getting it again. They have a lot of nerve and I’m still waiting for my new custom unit I’m wondering if I’m even gonna get my second hairpiece that I already paid for??????????? Mr. A PURCARO. Totally disappointed I’ve been dealing with you people this company for quite a while.
