Your product design is excellent
Your product design is excellent. there’s no doubt about that. However, the quality doesn’t quite match up. I wore it with a T-shirt, and unfortunately, it shed black fibers that ruined my shirt.
I believe improving the product quality should be a priority. Please consider addressing this issue to make the overall experience better.
