Purchased megaphones and realized I ordered the wrong size. Would not allow an exchange even though I called immediately once I received and realized. They still had the packaging on and were not used.
Thank you for your response. I do understand having policies in place, but I want to point out that the marketing photo on your site was misleading. The image showed a girl standing next to the megaphones in a way that made them appear much larger than they actually are, which influenced my purchasing decision.
Additionally, I didn’t notice the no-return policy during checkout because it was not clearly visible. The notice is very small and easy to overlook. I only found it after going back to look once I was told returns weren’t accepted. It would be more customer-friendly to make that policy more obvious during the purchase process, especially for items like this where size can be easily misjudged from the pictures.

Disappointed in poms
I ordered 2 holographic poms, one in kelly and one in navy. The navy pom, has only a few holographic strands and those few are facing in so it just looks like a metallic pom.
The shipping would cost more than the pom to send back, so pretty disappointing. I had ordered so we could see if we liked them enough to order for the entire team, but I don't think so.

Rubber tips for a baton
I received the rubber ends for my baton. They fit perfectly. This was for my very first baton. I got it in about 1982 when I was 14-15yrs.old. The original ends rotted off 😂 I'm 58 now & still teaching baton since I was 18. Thanks!
