Horrible service. I have a return I bought clip ins and color was off. Returns require you contact them but they DO NOT Reply? Buy at your own risk!!!
I also have more than one order. And they DON’T reply and while their website says Chat hours are M-F 8-5pm - they Have NO Chat! Misrepresentation big time!

This is by far one of the best hair extension companies I've ever used. As a client for the past 20 years using hair extentions, I've tried various brands with my hairdresser. I've used well-known companies like Great Lengths and have been using Lux Hair on and off for the past five years.Unfortunately, the quality of their hair has declined significantly – it became tangled and felt like Barbie hair.
That's when my hairdresser suggested we try a new company and I ordered from Premier Hair Extensions. I'm so glad I did! I have somewhat thin hair, and using three full bundles gives me incredible fullness. The nano tips lay flat against my head, unlike those from other brands, making them virtually invisible and unnoticeable.
The hair quality is silky and remains that way even after multiple washes and heat styling. It truly is gorgeous hair! I'm excited to continue working with Premier Hair Extensions and to share my positive experience with my hairdresser friends!

This is my third time ordering from this company, and I cannot find better Halo extensions from anywhere else. I am in Ireland , the delivery was so quick ! The price point is low for the quality that you receive. They are thick, the halo is comfortable, and the two extra side pieces are great.
They're sent with different optional sized halo wire that can be interchanged! I'm very happy with them and I will keep using this company!
