This might be the best rental experience i had so far in dubai. I have rented cars before but i never had a such good service and experience that i had with Superior Car rental. Their staff is professional and well behaved and the overall process is also hassle free. Would definitely recommend renting from them.

Very very good experience with superior car rental，I rented Defender for 4 days，everything was perfect. Selim is very gentle and communication was very good while delivering and picking up the car. Highly recommended. Will rent different car again soon

I had a very frustrating experience with Superior Rental Company. I called and spoke with three different representatives and was given three completely different prices for the same machine. When I called back again the next morning, the representative asked if I had called before — once I said yes, he immediately told me the machine was no longer available and had already been rented out. The inconsistency in pricing and lack of clear communication made the process very disappointing. I was ready to move forward but felt like I was not being given accurate or honest information.
