Over promised and severely under delivered.
Do not trust. Waste of time

I ordered a 2 ctw moissanite necklace + 1 ctw earrings in gold but received a small moissanite necklace and even smaller yellow gold earrings. I was sent an email promoting these and ordered the very next day but that didn't match what what I was sent. Now on 6/22/25 I am getting emails advertising the same 2ctw Moissanite necklace for $30 more than what I paid. I am still waiting for a refund.

Item took so long to get here that I didn’t think I had actually ordered it, so I ordered another. Item looks cheap

Order process was easy. Good prices. Was delivered on time. So far, quality seems great.

I have ordered several times with out any problems. I ordered stuff on Jan 4 of this year for my granddaughter 21st bday. Finally after several calls to them about it because I never received the 3 items, I was told one was on back order. They were supposed to be shipped on Jan 31. Her bday, March 5, was getting close and still nothing. I called and told them to at least send the ring, which they finally did, and I got it a few days before her bday. Then I called again in April and told them to just refund my money. A month and a half later, still nothing. I just called and the guy I spoke with was so nasty. I can't believe they have someone like that working in customer service. I'm done ordering from them. I will never again spend my money at that place. They just lost this customer for sure. HOW RUDE

Paid extra to have it delivered on Friday but it never came. Called and was told that they would refund the shipping but then sent me an email stating that they couldn’t because it takes 3-5 days to make the jewelry. I tried to explain that my confirmation stated Friday delivery but they wouldn’t budge. She kept saying the piece wasn’t even made yet, only for me to get it the next day on Saturday. I tried giving them a chance to fix the issue before leaving a review but they weren’t having it. Other than that, no issues

Heart necklace with cross was really pretty. Just smaller than what I thought. But very nice!

The picture showed an upgraded earring back, they came with a simple push on back. Very disappointed in the back but otherwise nice earrings.

Nice on the eyes. Fit just perfect.

Easy to shop. Coupons are easy to use. Payment was a breeze. The earrings are gorgeous.

They were suppose to be almost 3/4 of a carot but I really don’t think that they were at all. They are very short and not high like typical Diamond earrings posts. They sparkle but I’m very skeptical. Not sure if I’ll buy from Superjewler again.
